Péssima experiência no check-in com meus filhos pequenos, um de 5 anos e outro com apenas 4 meses.
Fiz uma reserva para para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos. Quando cheguei fui obrigado à pagar uma cama extra apenas pela presença de um bebê de 4 meses que não usa absolutamente nada do hotel. Detalhe que o custo foi de 170 reais por diária. Achei um absurdo e completa falta de sensibilidade e resiliência do hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes com o de 5 anos exatamente no mesmo quarto e com as mesmas camas, e nada foi cobrado extra. Não achei justo.

Eu e minhas filhas ficamos hospedadas em quarto maravilhoso,foi uma experiência muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Em especial ao funcionário Arthur que faz a tapioca, sorridente,simpático e atencioso .Todos os funcionários simpáticos. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vista panorâmica do mar . The price is not bad, close to the beach, convenient to go to the beach in the morning to run and hang out. There is also a supermarket next to it, and there is also a barbecue restaurant, which is more convenient. However, the room type is relatively small. Although the hotel breakfast category is quite sufficient, it is delicious.

I liked the location of the hotel, but felt uncomfortable by app reservation, the room had bag labels of previous guests on the roof was moped !!!
I didn't take a photo of the hotel, just a picture of my window view.

Hotel location is very good, breakfast is also rich, although the scale is relatively small, but this price is still possible in the Brazilian tourist area, set the room facing the sea, listening to the sound of the waves at night to fall asleep

GGuest UserThe hotel is pleasant, the receptionist is extremely sympathetic and attentive. Breakfast is not the best, fruit times and all breads have the same taste, which saves the Gerusalemme with its wonderful tapioca. The swimming pool is wonderful.

GGuest UserLa struttura è posizionata veramente in punto molto bello con accesso diretto in spiaggia. Le camere fronte piscina hanno automaticamente la vista anche della spiaggia e del bellissimo mare di fronte all’hotel. Le piscine organizzate molto bene con bar e servizio in piscina. Il servizio di mezza pensione ma Alle 16:00 di regola offrono qualcosa da mangiare vicino alla piscina e la sera dalle 19:00 alle 22:00 offrono drink fatti al momento.

GGuest UserHotel with large divisions, but with a service that is far below a four-star.
One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

MMarcoHotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.

Única coisa que faço uma é sabemos que o desenvolvimento não para e a aceitação para carro elétrico está crescendo cada dia que passa seria bom os coordenadores do hotel pensa em fazer está melhoria colocando pontos para carga nos carros na garagem é simples uma tomada de 10 ou 20A.
Maus mesmo assim o pessoal conseguiu um ponto para carga do meu carro obrigado a todos.
