Guest UserThe hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price

Birdie13We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

Guest UserThis is my second stay at the Seven Oaks in a few months. The front desk staff was excellent for my arrival. Super friendly and helpful unlike my previous stay. This current receptionist set me up for a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the staff can make all the difference!

Only the ad it was mentioned that the gym Was open and that they have a pool and waterpark open as well however, when we went there, we noticed that they have only two treadmills no way to, and that the pool is currently closed for renovation until at least summer.

There is a water park, which is noisy because there are many families.
The soundproofing is not very good.
Due to the complex structure of the hotel, it is difficult to find a room.

second time staying here. Assigned room 222 Mattress that closest to the bathroom sagging from overuse is caused by the gradual breakdown of internal materials like foam, coils, or latex due to repeated pressure. It needs to be replace as it cause back pain. Breakfast is nah:( Mold on the cheese) please check. I liked the nightshift receptionist. very polite and easy going.

Good location. Quiet & safe part of town.
Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.
