We had a great time here at Baiyun hotel, known for its great location here in Huangshan and the exceptional services provided by their 管家s. Our 管家 is 小叶 and we were very touched by her sincerity and helpfulness during our stay here, she made sure to keep us updated on the latest sunset/sunrise timings via wechat and provided us great recommendations on our hiking routes. As foreigners, she made us feel very welcomed here and very approachable in asking her for help or services anytime. There was even a performance specially put up by the Baiyun staff every night, it’s heartwarming to see the amount of effort they go through to make their guests happy. I will highly recommend this hotel, not just because of its great location to sunrise/sunset spots and small eateries, its comfortable beds and hot showers toilets, but also for its wonderful and applaudable services that the staff will provide for each and everyone of its guests. Thank you 小叶 for making our stay here so wonderful :)

This is one of the less satisfactory 5-star hotel stays I have had in years. Due to its location, it demanded a high price tage of over $280 a night. But its location is less optimal for watching sunrise or sundet. One has to walk 15-20 min. with steep climb to reach viewing point. In comparison. 光明顶 is a much better place to be. The small frig in room does not work at all. Instead of cooling, the tempertaure inside rised after it was turned on. Fromt desk said they will sed in repair and never did, even after we requested it the second time. The frig remained unfunctional when we checked out.

The hotel is modern with really good amenities despite being in the Yellow Mountain. You are able to wash and dry your laundry for free but there is likely to be a queue. Despite this, it's good have especially given how soaked we were! Room was very spacious, clean and we love the minimalist look of it. Food was decent but nothing was in English or labelled which is the only critism we have.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel on the mountain and were very happy with the location. It's a 30-minute walk from the Yungu cable car and close to many good routes. Easy to find with many signs along the road. The room was clean with wifi access and a window you could open. Free toothbrushes, combs, shower caps and tea was available. They also had jackets to borrow for cold weather. Good food! The breakfast had a nice variety. For dinner you can choose either buffet or à la carte. We were so happy with the customer service, when we arrived Xiao Jiang gave us a map with hiking recommendations, and weather forecasts on wechat. When it rained they gave us great overshoes which kept us dry and from slipping. Thank you Xiao Jiang 😊😊😊

The hotel is nearest to cable cars. Hotel services are excellent. We'd a present stayed. They allow us to check in early and also upgrade our room without any additional charges during the non pick season. 徐管家 is very friendly & helpful. He updated us information in order to get the best view of the mountain. They provided us a free tour for sun rise and sun set.

We were upgraded to a superior room that was great, very comfy bed and spacious room, we really enjoyed it. The room was very clean and well decorated. Beautiful. The hotel is also very well located to go to Huangshan, you can go on foot to get the subtle bus to the entrance.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

(1) Fantastic kitchen to order your meals from. The food ordered looks exactly like what’s seen in their menu. Fantastic taste! Pricing is good too. (2) Fantastic location (if you are intending to conquer Huang Shan). Walk from the hotel to a bus point and then take bus up to Huang Shan base. For return, take the same bus and alight right in front of the hotel. (3) Being a Ming-Shu, you can’t expect a hotel-like cleanliness and services….so in this aspect, it’s definitely “clean” enough. (4) BUT insulation is bad bad bad. Once again, this ain’t a hotel. The noise from neighbours is horrendous… as well as the traffic along the road. These noise can start as early as 530am. In all, strongly recommended for a 2N stay…as it’s really the best location and food for a single trip up to Huang Shan. If you want to explore other parts of the town, this Ming-Shu should not be considered.

Best hotel staff I have met so far in China. I dropped one of my phones in a didi and she followed up and even negotiated with the didi driver to bring it back quickly. The hotel is just along the road so it is good for those that want to do an evening walk. There is a barbecue spot 700m away that does yakuniku

The hotel exceeded expectations. It is located halfway up Huangshan Mountain, close to the Yungu Cableway (within walking distance), with an altitude of more than 900 meters. It is 36/7℃ at the foot of the mountain, and it is still very cool here, and the body does not feel hot. You need to change the hotel shuttle bus to go up the mountain in Tangkou Town. The hotel will contact you one day in advance to arrange the bus (about one bus per hour). The hotel has three meals, breakfast is a set meal for a small number of people, and a buffet for a large number of people. We had six meals for lunch and dinner in three days, and the taste was OK. The room is very clean, and the room with a balcony can directly see the mountain, and the scenery is great (Figure 2). The bathing products are also very good. The hotel has hot springs, and you need to wear a swimsuit to enter. If you don’t bring it, the hotel also has it, 100/piece for women and 50 for men. There are four hot springs, some of which are slightly lower in temperature for children. Next to the hot spring is a gurgling stream. We took the elderly and climbed Huangshan for a relaxed way. We needed to arrange the hotel’s car in the morning to go up the Yuping Cableway. Here I would like to give a special praise to the hotel's service. Although it is not a butler-style, the girl at the front desk is very helpful. The elderly room has several steps that are inconvenient, so we upgraded it for free and changed it to a room without steps. There were six of us on the shuttle bus, and there were other guests who could not sit. We were going to go up the mountain in batches. The hotel contacted another car for us so that we could go up the mountain together. We were also warm and thoughtful when we met them. We were reminded that there were free snacks from 14:00 to 16:00 every day (Figure 4, praise), and we were also reminded that we could go to the hot springs early during the off-peak hours. Figure 1 was taken on the large terrace on the eighth floor of the hotel. My family said that they could stay for a month next time. In addition, after we went down the mountain, we also went to Hongcun (about a 1-hour drive) and Banyan Tree. I personally feel that the cost-effectiveness here is not a little bit.

A great hotel in a very convenient location in walking distance to Huangshan North train station. Great breakfast with a nice spread across local specialties and western varieties. Shout out to Wendy in the restaurant who was super nice and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend.

The room faces the Huangshan Mountain view. The desk makes you feel happy looking at the mountain. It is a cloakroom. The hot water is very comfortable. There are alcohol disinfectant papers in the bathroom, which makes you feel good. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is convenient for parking. It is not far from the transfer center. When you come back, you can go directly to the Tangkou Bridge, which is just a few steps away. Good reviews! The breakfast is great and my dad is very satisfied. The only thing I feel is that the hot spring is not hot enough. It would be better if it is a little hotter.

What made our stay here amazing wasn't only the comfortable beds, spacious room and delicious breakfast, but the wonderful manager (I believe her family name is Tan, forgive me if I forgot) and her polite and helpful staff! Firstly, our reservation was at ”SWEETOME Hotel”, but they decided they were no longer allowing foreigners to stay at their hotel (even with covid tests and green health codes). Fine, that's their ignorant decision to make, however, the problem was we were told this on arrival at check in. How unprofessional and thoughtless of them! Thankfully, Trip called around and this hotel seemed to be the only one taking foreigners, we were of course relieved. At this point our expectations were very low and I was thinking of cancelling the trip at leaving the next day, but the warmth and friendliness of the manager and all the staff we met at check-in and afterwards as well as the comfy room made us stay and enjoy Huangshan for 3 days. I'll definitely stay here again and will most definitely recommend to my friends. The location, amenities and cleanliness are also all perfect! Well deserving of 20 stars!! Thankfully that other place turned us away!

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

Accompanying my parents to travel to Huangshan during the Mid-Autumn Festival, I compared some downtown hotels online and finally chose this courtyard-style hotel, thinking that the elderly must like it. The hotel has the characteristics of Hui-style courtyard architecture, and the scenery is very photogenic at every step. It is even more beautiful under the landscape lights of the building exterior at night. The staff is very enthusiastic. Seeing that there are many of us, they also sent an extra welcome fruit. In the afternoon, when we came back from the tour, they immediately sent us iced mung bean soup, which is really thoughtful. It is very quiet at night, the sound insulation is very good, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are soft and hard, which is very careful. There are also many varieties of breakfast, and the taste is not bad. The afternoon tea ”Qimen Black Tea” and ”Hui Mo Su” provided by the hotel are a perfect match, I love it! The overall stay feels cost-effective and worth recommending.

The theme of this trip was to visit the ancient city of Huizhou. After repeated comparisons, I chose the Yilong Huizhou Ancient City Store. As expected, the hotel's high-quality service left a deep impression on me. The hotel's front desk girl, manager, and room cleaning staff are all warm and courteous and treat guests kindly. There are free roasted sweet potatoes in the lobby on the first floor🍠 and they are actively recommended to guests. Because I often stay in hotels outside, I pay more attention to the details of the hotel. For example, the thickness of the toilet paper is as thick as at home. The water from the shower room faucet is super large, so women don’t have to worry about washing their long hair... The hotel is close to Xixinan, Chengkan, Ancient City, etc. The scenic spots are relatively close and travel is convenient. The enthusiastic girl with glasses at the front desk also upgraded me to a room type. The room was large, had a massage chair, and was fully equipped and easy to use. This is a recommended brand hotel and a cost-effective hotel when traveling to the ancient city of Huizhou. The scenery in front of the hotel is also great👍👍

As a frequent traveler, I can say that this is one of the better value Grand Hyatts, and better hotel offering of the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, carefully designed. Staff speak English, are helpful and friendly. Facilities are on point and more importantly well maintained, especially the Gym. Location wise the hotel has pros and cons. Starting with the pros. Located above one of the most premium mall of the city. Hence, restaurants (Italian, Thai, various Chinese and vegetarian options), coffee/tea houses, and pubs are plentiful. Furthermore, easily accessible by taxi as it is near Hefei’s main roads. However, should you need to travel by metro, then the location isn’t too convenient; the nearest metro station is still 15 minutes walking distance.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Great Hotel! Excellent located, super friendly and helpful staff, perfectly clean. My absolute favourite hotel in Hefei. When I am in Hefei I stay in the LEFUQIANG BOYUE HOTEL.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very rich, the room facilities were very good, the front desk beauty Anna, Rena, Yuki, Xiao Sun's service attitude was superb, very in place, and there was also an initiative to upgrade the room! The price is also very high, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, very close to the train station! The room is clean and tidy! Facing the park, the scenery is also very good! highly recommended! !

It’s right after exiting highway, so traffic is not a problem. View from room and breakfast options are good. Bathroom was luxurious with nice jacuzzi.

A good 4-star level hotel. Good breakfast, good amenities including a gym and a swimming pool. Located not far away from the Hefei South railway station, but a bit far away from the closest underground (will be fixed when a new line is completed). Overall good value for money.

This is my second time at Anhui Hotel. The reason why I chose Hefei as the first stop of my trip is entirely because of Anhui Hotel. It gives me a home-like feeling. The breakfast is particularly rich, delicious and different every day. It can also provide various daily necessities, such as nail clippers, fruit knives, and many other things. You can only think of them, but they can't do them. They are very considerate. The service of the staff is so good. If you have difficulties or problems, they will listen patiently and help you solve them at the first time. The pillow is made of hard buckwheat, which is so comfortable to sleep on. It is the same as at home. The clean bedding and pillows are all white printed, revealing texture and gorgeousness. The most important thing is that the room price is very cost-effective. The geographical location is the central area within the first ring road. The hotel is 4 minutes away from the E exit of Daoxianglou. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Hefei has five subway lines, which can go anywhere you want to go. It is faster and more economical than taking a taxi. Because of Anhui Hotel, my trip to Hefei has been postponed again and again. I sincerely wish Anhui Hotel more prosperity.

The last stop of the return trip of the Northwest Qinggan Grand Loop in 2024 was arranged to stay in Hefei. I chose the Swissotel Hefei Pearl for accommodation. It turned out that the choice was very correct. Whether it is hardware facilities or services, the hotel should be considered the best one in this trip. The hotel duty manager called one day in advance to help the children add toiletries, and also added a free breakfast in front of Hefei. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is so popular with children that they don’t want to leave 😄😄😄. If I have the opportunity to come to Hefei in the future, I will definitely choose it again!

Great location close to the river. Recommend to choose a room with river view. The price is a little higher but it is worse to do!

The hotel environment is excellent, and the rooms are beautiful. Sister Shiqi, the receptionist, was extremely enthusiastic and patiently explained the details of my booking in English to ensure everything was in order. She even provided me with welcome fruits. However, upon going upstairs, I was unsure about the room number and returned to inquire again. Sister Shiqi greeted me warmly once more and apologized for any inconvenience. Her service was truly exceptional, showcasing the high level of hospitality among Chinese people. I will definitely return next time.

The hotel amenities are impressive. Our room is big, nice and clean. Our room has a huge toilet and bath which is my favorite part of the room. We enjoyed our breakfast too at the hotel. There were so many choices. ☺️☺️☺️ The services provided were excellent. Kudos to Mr. Frank Zheng and Fanny Fan. They made sure that our stay is comfortable.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The restaurant on the first floor is okay, it looks relatively fresh. The designated room has a bathtub, okay The interior of the room is quite satisfactory, no mistakes but no big experience. Useless welcome fruit, there are small biscuits. There are vending machines in the corridor. When going to the hotel, it is easy to go wrong at the intersection, so listen to the navigation

I am very satisfied with my one-and-a-half-day trip to Wuhu 👍. The lobby of the hotel is very grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a large terrace. The breakfast is very good. The service staff in the restaurant this morning are very good. They immediately replaced the food tongs that fell. Clean and very service minded. It is recommended to book a room with a joint ticket in Jiuzi Ancient Town and Ocean Park, which is more cost-effective! All in all, five-star praise 👍

The room facilities are of four-star standard or above; safe and quiet; convenient for travel around, within 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station; there is also a company park within two kilometers, recommended for both business and tourism👍
