We arrived at hotel wet n cold after hiking on a rainy day. We booked a triple bedder room at B block not knowing that it was away from main building. The hotel staff 纪洁was quick to react and switched us to main building as B block was 5 min away. At 11am, they let us check in so we could change into dry clothes. During the stay,,纪洁attended to us with care and warmth, sending us snacks and fruits, giving us weather alerts to see sunrise n sunset. The room is clean and spacious with comfortable beds n good quality pillows n duvet. Batyun meets our needs during our 2 nights stay n we are happy to recommend to anyone. Location is middle of Huangshan so easily accessible to hiking trails. From Yungu, we hiked the east or back mountains to reach Baiyun. It took us 3 hours. On the day it snowed, the hotel even provide us gloves n crampons n urge us to be careful. What a fantastic service from Baiyun and the staff. Thank you 纪洁for taking such good care of us.

Perfect stay in this amazing mountain. The hotel is well located. Staff is really available to make the stay comfortable. Hotel has all services you need, you forget that you are on the top of a mountain with no access by road. Good job to all people who carry all the stuff on their strong shoulders ! Room was clean, very confortable bed. On the morning the hotel organize a sunrise tour and you have a special jacket in your room as it is quite cold in the morning. The food is great with plenty of delicious choices. I highly recommend.

Great location to visit Huangshan scenic areas. You can easily get here from the Gao Tie or high-speed train station by public transportation, which is inexpensive only 30 RMB one way. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the hotel’s breakfast and location to the responsiveness of our assigned caretaker: 小河(XiaoHe). Upon arrival I added 小河’s WeChat and was shown - on a map - what I could expect to see given the length of our stay. I was even given information about the likelihood of a clear sunset/sunrise - and when my girlfriend needed it 小河 called the mountain clinic to purchase Pain killers! My favorite part of the hotel will have to be its location. It’s a 30 minute walk from YunGu cablecar, a 10 minute walk from a good sunset/sunrise spot!

The hotel is located a few hundred metres from the Huangshan Mountain south entrance. You may walk 10-15mins to the entrance, alternatively there is a free hotel shuttle to the entrance. The room is spacious and modern with smart controls. The automated toilet bowl in my room did not work well as it flushes even when not in use. Hence a sleep disturbance . There is a bus stop just outside the hotel where the mountain tourist bus stops on the mountain downward route which is very convenient especially after a long day visiting the mountain.

This hotel is about 8 to 10 minutes walk to the HuangShan North Train station. We walked. On a cool day, its ok. The room is spacious. The place is clean and nit. Breakfast variety was good, though we felt it could have been better. Overall, we have a satisfied experience and will likely return if we were to be in HuangShan North Station again.

A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

Good location, not too far from Tangkou bus transfer terminal. When we arrived here, we asked a local to help us call them and they immediately sent a car to picked us up. Transport to and fro Tangkou bus terminal was free. The room was clean, facilities good, separate toilet/bathroom. Building not so new but facilities well maintained and clean. Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, simple but adequate. Service from all the staff from front desk, the boss, the driver, the restaurant staff and the cleaning lady were excellent. I stayed in 5 hotels during this trip to China and this hotel provided the best service. The driver even helped us to get a direct transfer to our subsequent Tunxi hotel, without us getting fleeced. I believe the hotel, restaurant and adjoining mini-mart are all family owned.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a comfortable hotel in the beautiful and serene Yellow Mountain, Anhui. The overall experience was excellent, thanks to the comfortable accommodations and the stunning natural surroundings. The hotel itself provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape the bustling city life. The rooms were well-maintained and offered all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was its idyllic location amidst the breathtaking scenery of Yellow Mountain. Waking up to the awe-inspiring views of lush forests and majestic peaks was a truly unforgettable experience. Exploring the nearby trails and enjoying the fresh mountain air served as the perfect tonic for the soul. However, my only disappointment was with the dining options at the hotel. While the food provided within the hotel was of decent quality and showcased local cuisine, it would have been nice to have some alternative dining choices nearby. As the hotel was the only dining option in the immediate vicinity, it limited the opportunities to explore the local food scene.

We loved our stay at Huanghan Lotus. The staff are all very friendly and sweet, and communicative through chat apps even though we do not speak Mandarin. They helped us plan our route up and around the mountain, arranged a taxi for our return, and let us leave our bags here while we travelled up the mountain for a night. When we returned to pick up our bags, we decided to get a massage at the spa and they gave us both half an hour extra. About the room — we were upgraded and the room is gorgeous, beautiful wood and a very comfortable bed and shower etc. The hot spring is also very comfortable, the perfect way to unwind. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we visit. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

The hotel is located on the back mountain route of Huangshan Mountain. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the cable car in the direction of Yungu Temple to the Black Tiger Pine, where you will be picked up by a butler. As soon as you enter the hotel courtyard and look at the Flying Stone from a distance, you will be struck by the beautiful scenery. When you walk into the reception room, you can feel the warm geothermal heat, see a stove fire, four-season flower arrangements, cute pet dogs crawling at your feet, and graceful colorful parrots flying around you, which can make you feel refreshed from the fatigue of climbing. The hotel rooms are fully equipped, and the floor heating, bathtub and foot massager are all good for relieving fatigue. The breakfast on the second day is also nutritious. In short, this is definitely the perfect destination for mountaineers!

An amazing experience at an incredible location! Shuguangli Villa is located just 10 minutes from the Houzi Guanhai scenic viewpoint and is a peaceful retreat from the, at times, massive crowds that come to visit Huangshan. The hotel property is wonderfully landscaped, and the bungalows feel secluded with their own porches and gardens. While the exterior appears rustic, each room is well equipped with amenities and is quite modern. We especially appreciated the foot massager after a long day of hiking. The staff are also superb. We were received warmly and were well-attended to throughout our stay. Our dinner and breakfast were also excellent, showcasing local Anhui dishes and ingredients. It’s additionally special considering how difficult it is to get things up the mountain peak. Honestly can’t wait to come back!

Where do I begin? Me and my family is completely blown away by this gem of a hotell. The service, the food, the rooms, the views....everything is top notch! We stayed in a family suite, 3 adults, with our own little infinity pool at the balcony, with views of the stunning valley and river. The beds are comfortable, and the room had the latest technology that made everything even more comfortable! The butler service they provided via wechat was excellent. The hotsprings was also excellent. As I said, I'm blown away. All the good words I know in English, I want to write here. The road to the hotell was beautiful, with stunning views of Huangshan. I would even boldly say, that it's foolish NOT to visit this hotel. They have so much to offer! I could kick myself for not staying longer! It couldn't have been a more perfect spot to bring my family to for the first time to see gems of China. A big thank you to the wonderfull staff, and the owner of the hotell. Thank you!

Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!

The hotel is located in the Hi-Tech Zone, with a subway station downstairs and convenient transportation. Yintai across the street is very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel has good hardware and good service, and it is very cost-effective. I will recommend it to my friends.

The hotel's location is superb. Subway station right to the corner. Mini market next to the main entrance. Within walking to Huaihe pedestrian street and Bao Garden. The breakfast serve at the revolving restaurant on the top floor with 360° view is the bonus for guests.

Following a hiccup during check-in, the experience at this hotel was positive. The manager provided excellent service and the room was quiet, with a nice view. Location is excellent (next to the walking street and a large mall, with great dining options). The breakfast is Chinese, and could benefit from a couple of choices appropriate for foreign guests.

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

It was a very pleasant stay. I received a call from the hotel in the morning to inquire about the check-in requirements. After arriving at the hotel, Miss Mia warmly served us and sent us to the elevator. I can feel that the Hilton Hotel treats its guests with care [strong]～

The location is excellent, with everything to eat, drink and have fun nearby. Although it is not far from the subway station, it is just between two subway stations. The distance is not too far, but it is acceptable. The front desk service of the hotel is fast, the room service is very efficient, and the bedding is excellent. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. The mini bar products are also online. The only flaw is that there are some marks on the bath towel under the bathroom, which is not particularly clean. The rest is sanitary. The services are very good.

Great location close to the river. Recommend to choose a room with river view. The price is a little higher but it is worse to do!

The suite is very large, facing the lake of Silver Lake Park. The children have a special toiletries set. There is a Chivas massage chair, a starry sky tent and a slide in the room, which can be enjoyed by adults and children. The breakfast is rich. The price-performance ratio is very high! The originally planned mountain-view king bed room didn't have the air conditioning I desired, so Sister Shiqi from the front desk kindly arranged a complimentary upgrade to an executive floor room after appealing to the leadership. The view was stunning, and the room's lighting and amenities exceeded my expectations. My stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I'm already looking forward to returning. I'm deeply grateful to Sister Shiqi for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and professionalism throughout the process.

Xiao Yang at the front desk of the hotel is warm and friendly, familiar with the work process, and the check-in procedure is very fast. The room is large, well-lit, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The breakfast has a wide variety and is delicious, with Wuhu characteristics. The transportation is also very convenient, and it is recommended to stay here.

The room facilities are of four-star standard or above; safe and quiet; convenient for travel around, within 10 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station; there is also a company park within two kilometers, recommended for both business and tourism👍

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu

The room has everything you need, and the bathtub is pretty good. The hotel lobby is very grand and has a swimming pool. However, there are too many children. The breakfast is okay. Children over 1.5 meters will be charged 50 full price. Parking is convenient. It's not far from the scenic spots, and it's also very close to the light rail. Next to it is Zhongshuge, where you can go for a walk. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is relatively poor.

I am very satisfied with my one-and-a-half-day trip to Wuhu 👍. The lobby of the hotel is very grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and there is a large terrace. The breakfast is very good. The service staff in the restaurant this morning are very good. They immediately replaced the food tongs that fell. Clean and very service minded. It is recommended to book a room with a joint ticket in Jiuzi Ancient Town and Ocean Park, which is more cost-effective! All in all, five-star praise 👍

The hotel is very high-grade, the room is large, the bed is comfortable to sleep, and there are welcome snacks and fruits. There are a lot of parking spaces on both sides of the hotel, so don't worry about no parking. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
