LlionroverWhen I first looked at B&Bs in Qianhu Miao Village, I spent more time on the more popular ones. I stumbled upon Yunyin by chance, and since it only had a dozen reviews on Ctrip at the time, I didn't pay much attention. Ultimately, adhering to the principle of choosing a new B&B over an old one, I booked Yunyin Yaju, which opened last month near the observation deck. I contacted them a day in advance about whether to drive or take the high-speed rail. On the day itself, a housekeeper met us before the entrance to the scenic area and took us to a convenient, less crowded parking lot—very convenient. Two housekeepers then carried all our luggage and escorted us through the commercial street at the west gate to the bus stop. Once we reached the sightseeing bus terminal, another group of housekeepers took over, a truly thoughtful arrangement. I have to commend the housekeepers for their helpfulness, not requiring us to carry our luggage at all. As everyone knows, climbing up and down the Miao village is quite tiring, with its many steps and challenging treks. Thank you again. This kind of housekeeper service is a must-have for any B&B you book in a Miao village. Upon entering the B&B's lobby, the first thing that caught my eye was the iconic splendor of the Thousand Households Miao Village. Thanks to its prime location, staying here meant avoiding the crowded observation deck, which can be incredibly crowded at night... After enjoying afternoon tea in the scenic restaurant, I immediately checked into my room. I booked a twin room with a large terrace offering unparalleled views, and upon entering, I was once again struck by the view of the Thousand Households Miao Village from the terrace. As a detail-oriented person, I also noticed that the L'Occitane amenities at this B&B were genuine, not the commonly used domestically produced ones. This small detail is a must-mention. Although the B&B is new, it didn't have the decor I'd worried about. Marshall speakers and an HCK refrigerator are now standard features in boutique B&Bs. The receptionist guided me to my room and explained the Miao Village itinerary on the terrace. However, I personally felt that walking up and down the Miao Village was too tiring... I decided to just go down once... The perfect way to experience the Miao Village is to admire the unparalleled views from the terrace, admiring China's largest cluster of stilt houses and experiencing the lively atmosphere of the Thousand Households Miao Village at night. After checking out, the same housekeepers escorted us back to our parking spot, which was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. It was a truly satisfying stay at the Thousand Households Miao Village, and I must give it another thumbs up and a five-star review!!!
