I absolutely love this hotel! I first discovered it ten years ago during my initial visit to Cangzhou, and ever since, whenever I pass through, I always choose to stay here. After all these years, the hotel is still so well-maintained, which really shows their high standards. The lobby is grand, bright, and features cultural elements, offering complimentary drinks and snacks to guests. The front desk staff are warm, professional, and patient, and the lobby manager is very friendly, proactively engaging with guests and introducing local attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious, with windows for ventilation and humidifiers. The facilities are meticulously maintained, especially the bathroom and shower, which have grab bars for safety – a thoughtful touch. The toiletries are also high-quality. The breakfast is incredibly diverse and plentiful, with good quality. They deliver drinks, yogurt, and fruit to the room, and phone requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The parking lot is large enough, and the attendants are polite and courteous. The hotel's location is convenient, right off the Beijing-Taiwan Expressway, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The attention to detail in their service truly reflects how much they value the customer experience. Highly recommended!

I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.' Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient. Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

A truly excellent hotel, located right in the city center. **Facilities:** This is a very high-end hotel with brand-new facilities. The thick carpets in the hallways feel wonderfully soft underfoot. **Cleanliness:** The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are spotless, and the hallways, elevators, and even the parking garage are all very clean. **Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, as it's a central location. But the absolute standout is the service. We had gone to the arts center for a performance and it ended quite late. Driving back to Beijing would have been too tiring, so we made a last-minute decision to stay overnight. We arrived at the hotel around midnight after dinner. The staff on the ground floor were still incredibly energetic and professional, polite and attentive without being overly enthusiastic. They were a great help in resolving several issues. They truly deserve special commendation. My only slight reservation is that while the room itself isn't small, the bathroom and shower take up about half the space, making the sleeping area feel a bit cramped.

My stay this time was great! The lady at the front desk was so helpful during check-in, and she even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave me better lighting and a nicer view. The hotel was clean, and the facilities were new. Plus, there were plenty of outlets for charging, making for a very comfortable stay.

Facilities: It has everything you'd expect: a bathtub, a large bed, and an ergonomic chair. A pleasant surprise was the humidifier, but unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken, which was a downside. Also, there was no executive lounge, which was disappointing. Special shout-out to the swimming pool, it was excellent. Cleanliness: Good. Service: I'd like to give a special mention to Esther at the front desk; her service was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely wonderful.

The hotel is located right next to the Hebei Museum in Shijiazhuang, literally just downstairs, and the surrounding shopping malls are also very close, which is super convenient. Everything about the hotel is top-notch. It's a landmark building, quite tall, offering great views of Shijiazhuang's night lights. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even provided complimentary drinks. The only minor downsides were that during the Chinese New Year, there were a lot of guests, so breakfast service was a bit slow, and finding a seat was a challenge. Other than that, I couldn't find any faults. The room facilities were also very new. Overall, my stay was incredibly pleasant.

Our stay with the kids during Chinese New Year was fantastic! A special thank you to Elva for her thoughtful and attentive service throughout. She always proactively reached out in advance to communicate and meticulously arranged all the check-in details, which made us feel incredibly at ease. Even when the hotel was fully booked and busy, the service remained warm, patient, and meticulous. It's very family-friendly, with a comfortable environment and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely a top choice for family trips, I genuinely recommend it!

We visited during rainy weather, and the hotel front desk was very thoughtful, offering umbrellas for loan. The ladies at the front desk were all beautiful [giggles][giggles]! We were given a high-floor room with a stunning night view, and the cleanliness was excellent. There's also a laundry room available for guests, which was very convenient. The breakfast service was great too; they provided a high chair and utensils for my baby when they saw I had one. The overall service at this hotel made my family and me feel very comfortable. It was definitely the right choice!

I spent three nights at the hotel 15th April to 18th. When I checked into the room the temperature in room was 28C. I set the thermostat at 22C but no change. I opened the window and somehow it became bearable. Next day same story but on third day when I got to room the temperature was 30C. It will not cool down.  I got to know from the staff that the hotel has turned off the cooling function. They do not provide any environment control. The staff offered me to change the room but the other room also did not had a working AC. I failed to understand how come can a hotel management make such an inhuman decision. This is pure shame to the intercontinental brand - I am sure if it was in USA the property will be closed by the city official till they fix the issues. I guess stay away from the hotel if a good night is your requirement.  The housekeeping and the front staff was very helpful but they could not do anything besides saying sorry. They tried to offer me a gift which I could not accept.  Based on my experience I will not recommend this hotel as they can shut down any service without any regard to the guest experience or comfort. I guess their bottom line is more important !!!

Arrived on the afternoon of Chinese New Year's Day. Both counters were busy during check-in, but Cathy proactively directed us to the third one. Since we were two adults with two young children, it was a bit of a struggle. Cathy thoughtfully gave the kids small horses to comfort them, which was very sweet. For the rest of our stay, everything perfectly matched our booking requests: a bed rail was installed, and child-friendly toiletries and a toilet seat were provided. The housekeeping staff never slacked off, even though the kids made quite a mess. Our room was always spotless when we returned. We'll definitely be back!
