Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.

The room is clean and tidy, with everything you need, not expensive, and breakfast is provided. There is a supermarket downstairs, and it is very convenient to transfer to Laolike Lake. In such a town, it basically meets the needs of accommodation.

However, rooms don't have A/C, so you need to prop open the big window for air. Bathroom is big enough, toilet and walk-in shower are US-style, and water pressure is strong and warm enough. An R2D2 robot delivers requested food or water bottles to rooms. There is no fitness center or spa. Hotel is walkable to restarauants (10-15 min) but no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. However, the lobby has a small convenience store room that is open sometimes.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

This hotel is located walking distance to lots of stores and eating places. The price is very reasonable for what they provide. My room was small, but perfect for one person or a couple. Everything was neat and tidy. The hotel has a washing machine on the first floor that guests are free to use at no charge. A Chinese stye buffet breakfast is available which is very adequate to start your day. Staff was somewhat reserved but helpful. Some had English as well which was appreciated. Definitely would stay in this hotel again.

The location is below the distribution center, the location is relatively quiet, but Tianchi is closed and we didn't go up. The room we upgraded was larger and comfortable (more comfortable than the one thousand six hundred per night in Luneng Resort) The suggestion is that the lobby is too dark, it seems that the lights are not turned on during the day or at night It is not convenient to take a taxi here, we all call a taxi by the taxi line There is a hotel opposite with a cute snowman army. There is a bridge further ahead with beautiful scenery and no one 😄

We are on business trip to Changchun. Hotel located very close to the airport within the working distance. Also it is just 500 meter far from high speed train station. Then it is super convenient.

Cute towel little bear to welcome us inside the room. facilities very good. hope they can provide vegetarian item so that i can eat the welcome snack inside room. but its ok, my friend can eat it and she enjoyed the snack & soup. 3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them. 4. Hotel is near changchun railway station. We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The service was top-notch throughout our stay, but we want to especially highlight 大玲儿, who went above and beyond to assist us. Her warmth, professionalism, and helpfulness truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan! The room was exceptionally spacious and impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff were incredibly considerate and attentive, always ensuring that every need was met promptly. Although tickets to Changbaishan were sold out they we’re able to secure some in arrangements to great experience going above and beyond  The hot springs were absolutely amazing—so relaxing and rejuvenating. We also indulged in the massages, which were top-notch and truly relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to every taste. Overall, the service, amenities, and atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! This is definitely a hotel that exceeds expectations. The room facilities are very new and clean, the supplies are very good, and the details are very well done. The suite on the 11th floor is very large and comfortable for families. The Burhatong River is outside the window, and the fireworks view outside the window on New Year's Eve is great. We had a New Year's Eve dinner in the hotel, and the dishes were good. The child left his watch in the private room, so he kept it for us. There are many varieties of breakfast, and I like mixed noodles. The service manager is thoughtful and communicates with us about our needs every day. I am very satisfied.

Booked this hotel due to VIP tianchi & free 3 hrs ski. However, we are still resolving an issue of refunding deposit. Deposit of 1300 was not claimed due to rushing of check out. It was a tricky refund and process is taking long due to cash was involved. Hope it can resolve soon. Overall, the welcoming and service is excellent. However, the hotel is abit inaccessible. This means it hard to get to town and food choices are limited unless u pay rmb 80 to town. 2 places to dine in hotel- level 1 skewer and steamboat buffet 188 per pax and level 2 korean food. Please dont dine at Korean restaurant. The food is expensive and not nice. The beef soup and meat doesn’t have any beef taste and waiter reply adding chili to spice the soup. This doesn’t mean any sende as the soup will taste chili instead of beef.

The check-in experience was very good! The hotel called to make an appointment for the high-speed rail station pick-up one day in advance. The driver Wang Yan was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. On the way to the hotel, he took us through the Genting Market and the Merganser Park. He introduced these two attractions to us in advance, so that we didn't even have to make a guide! In the next few days, we said we wanted to go to the Edelweiss Park, and he sent us there for free; we said we wanted to go ice fishing, and he also picked us up for free. He enthusiastically helped us make an appointment for the car to go to Xueling! When we arrived at the hotel, both the concierge who opened the door and the front desk who checked in were polite! The room is very large, the bathroom and toilet are separated, and there is a bathtub that children like! There are also super large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the snowman army outside the window is unobstructed! The hotel has a large back garden with a lot of snow and piles very high, so children can play in the snow without leaving the house. In the morning, there are twos and threes of alpacas jumping in the snow, and you can go to the front desk to get carrots for free to feed them! Erdaobai River passes through the hotel. Through the corridor to the opposite side of the river is the hotel's hot spring area, which has several hot springs of different sizes, and there is also a popular iron pot stew, which is really unique in style! The hotel's breakfast is Cantonese style, with siu mai, xiaolongbao, steamed spare ribs, steamed chicken feet, fried rice noodles, etc. There are not many varieties, but it is very friendly to us Cantonese people! Lunch and dinner can be solved in the hotel's Shaojiu tube, the product is very good, special roast chicken, special braised butterfly fish, Northeast pig-killing dishes, Rensen pigeon soup, fresh lamb skewers and many other choices. We stayed for four nights and had dinner here every night. The dishes we ordered were different every night, and the taste was great! Chef Qin is very nice. He gave us some extra free dishes every night, from Changbai Mountain wild vegetables to peanuts for drinking, and he gave them away at hand! I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and so far Erdaobaihe is the one I am most satisfied with in Zhihe!

The room was quite good and warm. There are outdoor hot springs and indoor ones. But the management is not good. Someone actually smoked in the indoor hot springs and I stopped them. I didn't go to breakfast and didn't get up. The room layout is quite good. The room service I ordered tasted good and the service was also good. The pot-fried pork and roast duck were very good. The stone pot bibimbap was very fragrant. They also gave me ginseng soap, which was very good. Wash your face and body.

Located in the central part of Erdaobaihe Town, Changbai Mountain, and the town is not big, it is very convenient to travel. It may be limited by the season. There is only a half-year tourist season, and the other half is deserted, so the hotel's facilities and services are indeed different from those of the same level hotels in big cities. But it is still good in a small town and suitable for short trips. There is a hot spring on the rooftop. It is perfect to soak in the hot spring at night after climbing the mountain during the day to relieve fatigue.

It was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. What a nice experience! Upon our arrival we were warmly welcomed and most of the staff spoke english to us , which is fantastic! Check in and Check out was smooth and very fast! I was fascinated by the interior design, our room was clean and top class! Just as I thought it couldn’t get better we went to the breakfast buffet … omw 😱😱 AMAZING ! What I loved about it was the variety of foods and the fact that they cater for foreigners ! The dinner buffet was also AMAZING! I will definitely visit them again!

The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

Miss Qi Yu at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Even though she was on duty during the Chinese New Year, the service was not bad at all. She also gave me a souvenir when I checked in and took the initiative to upgrade the room type. It was very heartwarming. The room was very warm and clean, and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on👍

I remember this place being guarded by armed soldiers back in the days when I grew up in Changchun. It hosted many top officials from China and many other countries. It was a surprise to see it open to the public now. We had a great experience staying there. This compound is unique in that it sits on a large piece of land with lakes, walking paths and bridges. This hotel is old but beautifully maintained over the years. It is quiet at night, a nice change from the busy city. The breakfast buffet doesn't have many Western options, but very good regardless. Friendly staff.

It's always a pleasure to be able to come to GuoXiNanShan hot springs and Hotel. Their attention and attentiveness is amazing! I am giving them a 5 star review. It's clean and beautiful. The location is excellent, opposite the hotel is Nanhu Park, Guilin Road and Hongqi Street business districts are about 1.5 kilometers. Because the temperature setting of the room after check-in is 28 degrees 29 degrees is very hot. Sleeping at night feels very uncomfortable. Trying to turn on the cooling but it didn't work, and after calling, I knew that the central air conditioning control could not turn on the cooling. The customer service center gives a suggestion to turn off the air conditioner. Open the window again. At night, because of the location of the hotel, the window is particularly noisy. It is not very good to open the window at night in winter. It is recommended to either add a static fan or inform in advance. 2. After the bar in the room is renovated, there is an automatic sensor light belt. When no one moves around in the middle of the night, it will be automatically turned on and off, and there is no intelligent control to force the shutdown. In the middle of the night, I have to call the customer service to move the bar to unplug the power to solve it. 3. The sensor light in the toilet is too bright, it is recommended to add light belt in the sink cabinet. 4. The curtains have a slightly worse shading and leaking light. I highly recommend this hotel! The design is perfect💯, the service is perfect💯, the little rabbit at the door is very eye-catching, so fun. The hotel can also cook tea around the fire by the river, and there are all kinds of food available, without time limit, you can eat and take pictures, full of atmosphere, boasting out of the picture, those who like to take pictures must not miss it! ! I highly recommend the driving brother and sister. I read a lot of black car barriers on a certain book, but there is no need to worry here.
