The place is nice, but rooms are not that great, they are small and basic. Also rooms are very cold at night. The area is nice, and is accross the street for great mountain trails.

I am very happy with the experience, absolutely everything was of my pleasure from the location to the attention in general, I felt in great comfort and well welcomed by the staff, exceeded my expectations and would return 100% safe for a good stay.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The hardware is in line with the quality of ibis, and the software is in line with the style of Latin American work. Fortunately, Ctrip has been very cooperative, which is why I have always used Ctrip, even foreign hotels.
