"Hotel location is very good. Very easy to go around next to the square.
The room felt like a renovation of an old palace, and the bathroom items were only shower gel and shampoo. There was a refrigerator, but it was filled with various items in the form of a minibar, and there was an espresso machine, but it was paid. Breakfast was delicious.
Wi-Fi is a lot slow and not caught according to location inside the room.
The safe with the key is the first spring."

Guest UserThe hotel was small, which meant it was nice and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the free mini- bar- a lovely touch. The bathroom was nice and clean and it had a powerful shower. The only negative is that it was too hot and stuffy in the room. There was no air con although fans were provided but didn't cool it down sufficiently. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with fresh fruit, fresh meats and cheeses, hot options, a good selection of pastries and cereals. The coffee machine was confusing- sometimes it was free and sometimes I was told that it wasn't (although I never actually paid). I would recommend staying at this lovely hotel. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre but there are trams available. It would be helpful to have details of the trams/buses into the centre in the hotel room. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

I had a very nice stay here, was welcomed wıth a complimentary warm mulled red wıne ın the Hotel Bar. Comfortable and clean room although all the corrıdor and room carpets were worn and staıned and ın need of clean or replacement. However sayıng that durıng my stay ıt snowed for a few days so guests footwear reflected thıs. No complimentary room slıppers. Receptıon helpful.
Hotel on the outskirts of the centre, luckily i met a family who showed me the way through the park to walk to town. The snow made Brno more magıcal especıally on New Years Eve from the sky roof room at Hotel to see fireworks goıng off all evenıng.
Breakfast plentıful, fresh and lots of varıety. The Hotel was full so it was cramped for seats especially beıng a solo traveller there was no optıon of a smaller table whıch made me somewhat uncomfortable. Besıdes this though i had a great stay thank you.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of Brno. In addition to a beautiful lobby and clean rooms with good amenities, the hotel is characterized by its very good service.
I recommend booking a room with a city view. This offers a very nice view of the old cathedral.
A welcome drink was provided. The breakfast is also recommended. A good selection of good products combined with excellent service guarantee a good start to the day.
For the journey from the train station, I advise against booking a taxi during the Christmas period. Due to restrictions on access, the direct walk from the train station would have been shorter.
All in all, I would recommend the hotel at any time!

Guest UserSince it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

Guest UserMondrian color scheme, complete facilities, suitable room temperature, good breakfast, nice city view outside the window, good front desk attitude, very convenient for walking around the city. The only drawback is that the boiler is a bit loud when boiling water, and a cell phone lens film was found on the bed. However, the flaws do not outweigh the merits.

This is a new and clean hotel. However was very basic. The staff were very good and concerned about any issues we might have had. This is basically a roadside hotel at a truck stop that truckers use. A good hotel if your on the road for a long time and just need a place to rest. It really wasn’t the best for the vacation traveler. Our experience was a check in of 45 minutes due to real bad timing…was in line behind a dozen truckers and there was only one attendant. Also the included breakfast was sub par.

The room is well-equipped, but the power outlets are European standard, so you'll need an adapter. The hotel provides a kettle and various tea bags.
Note: Disposable toiletries are not provided. The room only has hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Hairnets (and disposable slippers, which were only replaced every two days – there weren't any when I first arrived, and I didn't ask why, and no toothpaste!) are also not provided.
The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. Since I had an early departure, I asked them to prepare breakfast and arrange a taxi the night before. In the morning, the breakfast was already packed in a bag and quite substantial, and the taxi was waiting at the door.

I had originally booked another hotel, but it didn't even have a private toilet and bathroom, so I canceled and switched to this one. I'm very satisfied, especially considering it's part of the Marriott group. The breakfast was also more plentiful than other hotels.

Are Czech people familiar with Japanese? .. Some of the people at the front desk greeted me and cared for me in Japanese while speaking one word.
The room was large and clean for the price and had a bathtub.
I thought breakfast was normal, but the warm bake beans were very delicious, and it was so delicious that I thought that there would be a large dish instead of a small ball.
Unfortunately, there is a little distance from the station. It's a short walk from the tram number 1, but it may be full depending on the time and may be difficult depending on the size of the ridge.
