I had a very satisfying stay at the IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to the airport. It's a short walk from the terminal, which is perfect for travelers catching early flights or arriving late.
The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The twin business room had comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very quiet night's rest. The facilities were comprehensive, and the overall environment was modern and comfortable.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful; both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and tasted great.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with everything, from the location and room comfort to the service. If I'm ever flying from Berlin Airport again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

Super beautiful and sweet room. You have to hear a train rush in the night 2-3, but not really dramatic. The breakfast was almost empty and the coffee machine was not going, but it was possible to make it at the reception because they have a machine there. The lady behind the trees could check in as well as no German. We can't, however, english many certainly. If I book a hotel in DE, I would like a German-speaking person as a contact point for all cases. But € 100 for 2 people with breakfast and parking (10€) very good. Please return

Full disappointment already at check-in. Even a station hall and is pleasant. Privacy and discretion seem to be a foreign word in this hotel en. The staff welcomed guests as market cry ( loud , very unhappy , unpleasant). Thank you to the quiet trainer. Then the colleague should look out something that overplayed her inadequacy with stupid speeches and did on a big maker. The room was also clean for a meeting hotel i.O. Breakfast a disaster , the station hall atmosphere made the rest of the night perfectly to grandmother. No place in the breakfast room, the first coffee was made , feeling like drunk at the school courtyard in front of the door, for lack of space. The whole hotel is exciting and unrestful. The staff appears completely overloaded. A absolute no go. At breakfast missed basket for bread, dishes, butter, breads, everything went and went, disoriented and confused guests like staff. I can't absolutely recommend the hotel. 4Sterne for what? I didn't even have the impression that there was not enough staff, but that this worked absolutely untrained and unprofessional. You had the impression that there is no structure here, all over the hotel. The staff always smiled just made comments to overplay the state in this hotel.

Artived at 11pm took over an hour to find my room. Two customers prior to me had been sent to rooms that had customers in bed. I assume they over book the hotel, hoping people cancelled or dont turn up. The hotel had an electrical charge noise and feelnabout it. Possibly from the airport.

If you're staying on the first floor, be aware that the elevator has two entrances; the correct one for your room is on the left when facing the buttons. It's about a 5-minute walk from the train station with luggage, very close, on the same side of the street, straight ahead. The trains seem to run all night, and it's only two stops to the airport, which was incredibly convenient for an early morning flight.

The MOXY Berlin Airport is literally a 5-minute walk from the terminal – perfect for early flights or late arrivals. The vibe is young, fun, and modern with colorful decor, a cool bar/lounge area that’s open 24/7, and friendly staff who actually seem to enjoy their job.
Rooms are compact (typical MOXY style) but super smart – comfy bed, powerful shower, fast Wi-Fi, big TV with casting options, and USB ports everywhere. Everything felt clean and new. Breakfast is decent for the price (continental style with good coffee), and they have grab-and-go options if you’re in a rush.
Only small downside: the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors if it’s a loud night, but earplugs are provided (nice touch!).
For the price (often under €90 even in high season), it’s honestly one of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Highly recommended if you want style, convenience, and don’t need a huge room. Will definitely come back

LLIANGHotel location is very good, right at the entrance of the train station, the train station has supermarkets and restaurants. There is a swimming pool and sauna on the ninth floor of the hotel, which can eliminate the tiredness of the journey. Breakfast is better, pure Western food, there is no way for students who can't accept it.

Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

WWasssupDespite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed
