It's a bit far from the station, but it's convenient to get around by tram, and it seems safer than near the central station. The plaza right behind the property made me feel especially safe. Reviews seemed to have some issues with cleanliness, but I found it overall clean and comfortable, with no particular complaints. The breakfast was also decent.

Compared with the price, the room is clean, cost-effective, and the overall stay is very comfortable. The big bed is made up of 2 small beds. The cockroach can sleep halfway, and the cup is small. However, this is the general situation of German hotels and can be understood. The air conditioning was off, but a device kept making noise every ten minutes for five seconds, possibly an AC drain pump. At 11 PM, I went to the front desk for help. They listened for ten minutes and finally unplugged whatever was making the noise. The downside was the poor equipment, but at least there was AC, which was crucial during those 34-degree days.

The service was really bad too. They didn't come to clean the room for several days straight afterwards, and when the tissue box ran out, they wouldn't bring new ones, telling me to go downstairs to the front desk to get them myself. They didn't even provide drinking water in the room.

The hotel is very central. We were there to the Musical. Not far from the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished. Breakfast does not open any wishes. Only the hall bath is a little bit small. Since it rained, many guests wanted to use it, but there are only four beds.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and it came with an electric kettle. Breakfast offered a good variety, although there weren't many hot dishes. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 2 (T2). A taxi to the airport cost 12 Euros. It's also conveniently located on the S9 line, at the Gateway Gardens station. There's a large Rewe supermarket nearby, which was well-stocked. Service: There's definitely room for improvement; a friendlier, more smiling approach from the staff would be much appreciated. (As I visited in summer, it was hard to capture the sunset, but I finally managed to get a shot of it through the hotel window.)

The room was good. The hotel's location is far from the city center but conveniently close to the airport, which wasn't an issue for us as we were traveling by car. Breakfast was also quite good. We noticed the room rate on the day of our stay was lower than our reservation, and Ctrip handled our refund request very smoothly. While the breakfast selection was decent, we felt it wasn't the best value for money compared to other hotels. Additionally, the parking fee was a bit expensive.

You can take a walk to the forest to breathe fresh air, the pedestrian street is also very good, say back to the hotel, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, the children do not want to go, but because the room can not continue to live, it is a pity!

The location i great for muslim travelers, it is near the masjid, the halal restaurants, the asia marts amd just 15 to 20 minutes walk from the tourist attractions like the frankfurt cathedral, rommerberg and the river, i did not quite complain of how poorly the cleanliness of the room given the fact that i have loved the location and the view of my room, not the hotel that I would go back to

The hotel was prefectly fine. Very clean, very nice people at the front desk, very convenient location, nice breakfast. I had zero troubles with the noise from the street, the windows are good to isolate the noise. The location is sketchy but honestly, nobody mess with you while you go around walking. I totally enjoy staying here, thank you!
