Very friendly staff:Inside.
Good breakfast but very thin coffee.
The main house is accessible with lift. In the room (bathroom) there are very wide ground-depth showers.
But the beds are too deep, so seniors hardly come out of bed alone.
There is no love for the details. The pulls in the restaurant are fleety and on the lamps are partly spine tissue.
Old resort hotel, there are old German men and old ladies, environmental service is not bad, the bed is too small. The only thing to note is that there is a restaurant in the town called pepper that discriminates against Asians.
Quite a nice hotel, looking at the reviews and the location, I spent a night on the road from Prague to Frankfurt, the town is quite big, there are several big shopping malls, mainly sold by local German brands, and the quality is very good. But the surroundings of the hotel are very quiet, the hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good, the meal is very interesting, the restaurant waiter has not met the Chinese, and the conversation is very happy. I won't pass by again in the future, and I might not be able to live anymore, but it is very conceptual and highly recommended.
The hotel itself, and the staff are excellent. All clean, people very friendly and operate efficiently and without waiting times.
The food is cheap, portions (too) large, tastes good, but it does not come to the high kitchen of a Michelin star level.
Unfortunately, the hotel's garage was already occupied, so I had to stop my car at the public at the post (with a car 250m, walking well 50m), but it is also easy.
The location of the hotel is first-rate, the city center square is just outside, and the small theater is opposite. Goethe-related repertoires are staged every day. Just a few steps away is the pedestrian street. The restaurant is superb, with first-class service and food. The hotel lobby is connected to the restaurant with a hall, full of paintings on the wall, and concerts are held from time to time. There is a large parking lot, the extra bed depends on the room type you book
The location of this hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the central square on foot, but the environment is amazing. There is a big park opposite with a beautiful view. The front desk staff is very principled and will not let you check in before 3 pm. You can store your luggage and park in the paid parking lot next to it. It is very convenient to drive. Later, when I checked in, I was given a triple room, but it was close to the road, haha.
Super location to come to the Christmas market and generally to the city centre. Very clean, check-in without problem.
15 minutes walk from the train station.
For short trip absolutely recommendable.

KKonstantin AlekseevGreat location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!
GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. To the city centre it is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean and the service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about breakfast because we have breakfast outside.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is very close to the train station, just a few minutes, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. Erfurt is a city with very German characteristics. I am very glad that I chose to travel here. I will come again if I have the opportunity.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few minutes' walk from the city of Erfurt. It is convenient for shopping and shopping and has a rich breakfast, but it is better to plan your trip early.
GGuest UserVery pleasant and absolutely convenient. I can't chew at all. Breakfast was fully OK, except the eggs that could have been warm :-).
In the end effect for families, single travellers or business travellers an absolute option.
LLuna514Cleanliness was fine, except for the spider that was in the room as shown in the photo.
The location was right next to the main train station.
The facilities were fine, there were two free bottles of water, a small fridge, a TV but unfortunately no Netflix or sharing for the cell phone.

LLeniGerAbout 15 minutes walk from Hbf, directly at the entrance to the old town, about 10min to the cremer bridge, very clean, something bright to the hall, looks re-renoved, staff at the reception very friendly, spins against caution available for baggage, Breakfast also with gluten free alternatives, shower/wash bath directly in the bedroom, toilet extra, room cleaning only every 3 days, water cooker/cafe oa there is no, shower gel available, room darkness super, suits for a short trip!
