The level 1 common toilet had pee smell, pretty nasty.. the noise at night is very noisy and when people run across the hallway at night, can be heard clearly. Not very noise proof.
but other than that, its a good location, Nyhavn & the shopping street is very nearby!
Would recommend to stay here!
The location is excellent, very close to the Central Station and just a 3-minute walk from the subway entrance. You'll find Chinese (Hunan) restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I had a fantastic experience overall. The 24-hour front desk service was also exceptional. Highly recommend!
I can’t imagine a better location for a stay in Copenhagen. Being right next to the main train station made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The room was just the right size for a couple, and the in-room sink was a thoughtful touch that made getting ready in the mornings and evenings much smoother. The shared bathrooms were also a pleasant surprise — each toilet and shower had its own private cubicle, which felt much more comfortable and well-designed compared to typical hostel setups. The room didn’t have air conditioning, but the fan provided was more than enough for me, even though I normally run hot. We noticed the room could feel a bit stuffy with the windows closed, so we tried to keep them open as much as possible. The downside was that the street noise from people and cars at night sometimes disturbed our sleep. The only other drawback was the luggage storage. It’s not included in the stay, and there’s an extra charge of 40 DKK per bag for the day, plus a 5 DKK service fee per bag. A small detail, but something worth knowing in advance.
We had to clean the drain in the bathroom ourselves, as the water wouldn't run down and out of the grate... Pretty bad... The room was otherwise nice and clean... There was no sofa arrangement in the room, as it was otherwise shown on pictures on Trip.com...
Super nice design. Clean and new, friendly staffs. I love how the hotel thoughtfully put so many designer chairs there and look harmoniously synchronised
Had a great stay at the Comfort Hotel Copenhagen! The room was cozy and clean, and the staff were generally helpful. The location was perfect for a quick night stay before flight the next morning. Able to view sun rise before check out.

I know this is a cheap stay, so I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but there are a few things I wish had been better.
First, they couldn’t find my name in the system during check-in, so I had to wait while the front desk manually created a new booking for me. It was stressful, especially since they initially told me I wouldn’t be able to stay if they couldn’t locate my reservation.
Second, my room had an unpleasant odor—like old carpet mixed with sweat. There was also a foul smell coming from the shower drain, and I found someone else’s hair in several places, including the shower and even on the pillow.
BUT the location can’t be beat. It’s close to great cafés, restaurants, and almost everything is within walking distance. It’s also near a metro station, which made commuting so much easier. Ultimately, the convenience of the location made up for the negatives.
So if you’re okay with those negatives, it can be a great option for a solo traveler who wants to save money on accommodation.
I’ve loved the hotel! Eventhough i didnt took bfast but the stay was immaculate. Have to walk bit to go to centre town but it was alright because the weather was sunny and bright , so I really enjoyed walking.
Staffs were accomodate, I made early request to choose the room that is away from noisy (because there is a night club just across the hotel and I do not like that).
I loved the Marshall speaker inside the room, I wish there are more amenities given in the room such as cup , kettle, rather going up and forth to buy a coffee or get some water and some toilet amenities.
Would like to stay here again for sure xx
Perfect for solo travelers. First off, the location is super convenient, with two subway stations about a 5-6 minute walk away. Compared to typical hostels, it offers a private sleeping space. While it's a bit pricier, it's definitely more suitable for introverts. The room itself is very clean, and the soundproofing is excellent; I didn't hear any noise, neither in the hallway nor in the room, during my stay. You can even fit a 28-inch suitcase – half on the floor, half leaning against the wall, and still open it. The room comes with hangers, a bathrobe, and towels. If you need fresh towels, you can grab them yourself from the common area. There are vending machines everywhere, which is handy for picking up essentials. Both the bathroom and toilet are spotless. The only slight inconvenience is that the shower only has an overhead rain shower, no handheld nozzle.
The room wasn’t so clean. Also in our room the floor was damaged in front of the bathroom because in the bathroom when you are showering the water is coming out.
The stuff are really kind and they are helpful. Unfortunately the smoking area is always closed at 22:00 so if you wanted to smoke there is no place to sit after 22:00.
I was using before A&O in different cities but that one’s was much more clean and comfortable. This hotel is not so comfortable.
They should put more energy to keep the hotel clean and keep the hotel rooms better because they should do some renovations especially in the bathrooms.

GGuest UserCabinn Copenhagen is very well located, near Copenhagen Bus terminal, and IKEA Mall, and near Tivoli Amusement Park, Tivoli Food Hall, and Central Train Station. Very well connected to City Centre. Cabinn Copenhagen is the great choice to stay, staff are very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation has 2 Tower Blocks. A great choice for our 3 day Stay in Copenhagen.
GGuest UserGreat location - very close to centre of the city and food market. Staff is really helpful. There is also good lobby and bar inside the hotel. The size of standard rooms is really small so it will be inconvenient for tourist with a lot of suitcases)
FFarah PI arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush.
I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well.
Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall.
GGuest UserThe hotel offers a fantastic central location and offers very affordable rates, making it an appealing choice for budget-conscious travelers. However, there were some drawbacks to the experience.
The bathroom layout was quite cramped, with an enclosed shower that made it uncomfortable to use.
Additionally, the hotel felt somewhat bare-bones, lacking essential supplies. The limited toiletries: shampoo, shower gel, and soap all combined into one, along with only two paper cups for coffee, gave the impression that the hotel was skimping on important amenities that enhance the guest experience.
Moreover, the lighting in the room was harsh and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend upgrading to better quality bulbs for a more inviting atmosphere.
SSouthPhillyPTThe hotel is located close to the Central Train Station which made it convenient to reach different parts of the city by train or subway. The hotel was kept clean and had a welcoming-vibe. The hotel’s staff were friendly and always had a smile. We were lucky to have a room ready when we arrived around 10 am. The rooms were small. Think of NYC hotel rooms but had the essentials including a fridge. There is a luggage room to store your belongings pre and post stay.
PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar.
The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

JJULY1973This hostel is probably as good as it gets! I tried booking it again later but couldn't find any availability. If you're planning for a Saturday, make sure to book really early, as prices skyrocket and rooms are impossible to find! You can pay to store your luggage, and there's a paid buffet, which makes sense given how expensive everything is in Copenhagen. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's convenient and close to everything. You can take the 5C bus directly from the airport, and it drops you right across the street – just a one-minute walk!
姐姐姐怪美的the location is close to a metro station and room is suitable for friends travel! well, if is everyone with big luggage, the might be not so much space for all. and do remember to bring your own amenities:)
Wwinell33The hotel's location is quite good, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop coming from the airport, and within walking distance to the train station. The room is very small, with the bed right against the window sill, but it's very clean and tidy. If you need room cleaning, you have to book it a day in advance. The hotel doesn't offer free luggage storage; there's paid storage on the basement level, and it's quite expensive.
