"Very well located hotel. Very helpful and attentive staff. Bilingual. Small and dark room but very clean and that was enough for me. I was able to visit this beautiful city that is Algiers while working in my room which has a large desk chair. There is also a large wardrobe, fridge and Wi-Fi which was very important during my stay.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

The carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

We are quite disappointed with this establishment: no parking reserved for customers, poor breakfast choice, unsmiling morning staff who take the liberty of criticizing the customers.
We were expecting something very good but ultimately very disappointed.
The night staff were very smiling and available. A really very pleasant and appreciated point.
Cleanliness of the room +++. We appreciated it.
