No kettle or tea in room ( you've to pay ! Even 3 star has this basic service)
No tissue in room
No water in toilet (it's completely western style)
No Qibla direction
No prayer mat
Usually in everywhere someone asks if we need help with luggage , here you go and take care of yourself 😆
They have different systems for naming each level , so it's like ABCD... floor before starting 1-8 , it's confusing
Very weak internet connection
Good and buf balcony
Beautiful scenery from balcony
Room is big enough for couple

Warm Hospitality, Monotonous Cuisine
This hotel boasts incredibly friendly staff and a stunning garden, creating a welcoming family-like atmosphere. However, the dining experience is hindered by a lack of variety in food options, particularly at breakfast. While the hotel excels in hospitality and ambiance, an enhancement in the culinary department is needed to provide a well-rounded experience.

Rono Li YahooLocated on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

We booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too.
with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .

I had a layover in Algiers for less than 24 hours, so the free airport shuttle service was a real bonus for this hotel. The room and shower were spotless. Excellent! I highly recommend it.

The carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

Guest UserWe are quite disappointed with this establishment: no parking reserved for customers, poor breakfast choice, unsmiling morning staff who take the liberty of criticizing the customers.
We were expecting something very good but ultimately very disappointed.
The night staff are very smiling and available. A really very pleasant and appreciated point.
Cleanliness of the room +++. We appreciated it.
