This hotel has beautiful sea views, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. There was honestly nothing to complain about. I especially loved sitting by the sea, relaxing under the sun, and enjoying the view.
All of the staff were professional and hardworking throughout my stay. A special thanks to You Def at the front desk — very polite, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful.
I truly enjoyed this trip and would definitely love to come back again!
The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the owner and staff are incredibly welcoming! They provide hot water and hairdryers for showers, and you can let them know if you need anything else. The hotel guide even took us sightseeing for a day – the service was superb! They helped us bargain for things and tickets, and even took us to the station to buy tickets for us. They were so incredibly kind 🥺, I'll definitely come back again!
The place is beautiful in all its details, a few steps away from the sea, where you can sleep on the sounds of the waves clearly during the night, the facilities are clean, and there's a daily interest in cleaning the facilities for the comfort of the inmates. The beach is literally cleaned daily from the grass, and the sand is turned around to make it clean and bright every day, and the employees are providing you with cold water in the ice jars and lessons to make your pleasure reach the top of the grades, and there's a plaza with extra fees for the plaza lovers. The diversity of cafes in the hotel often tells you not to go to Marina, where there are many options, whether restaurants or cafes or supermarkets or some fashion shops -- everything is great and it's out of the description. Finally, not least, thank all the staff of the hotel for the hospitality, especially sister Caroline.
The landlord is a very enthusiastic uncle, English is very good, my toothpaste fell in the previous hotel, the landlord directly sent his own toothpaste to me, and recommended a very good tuk tuk driver for me, I have a very happy time in siwa, thank the landlord for his help. The hotel's view and breakfast are also very good.
The hotel's interior is stunning, with a classic, old-money style garden that has a lot of character. The service is also excellent, warm and friendly. BUT, there's no Wi-Fi signal in the rooms; you have to go downstairs to the common areas to get a signal. This is a significant drawback given such a beautiful environment.
The hotel liked, the staff is good, goes on concessions . But the only one cannot resolve the issue with entry to the KPP, 20 minutes waited when I was approved, showing my reservation. It was not pleasant of course. And so, as for food and accommodation 10/10

Amazing
AAliHamidoúThis is my second time staying at this property, and it continues to exceed my expectations. I opted for the sea view room this time, and the scenery is truly indescribable; the beauty of the view is something you have to experience in person. The service remains top-notch across the board. I would like to specifically commend Moataz at the front desk for his professionalism and class. Additionally, Another Moataz at the outdoor lounge was exceptional. He is the epitome of authentic service and creates a magnificent atmosphere for every guest. His ability to connect with people while maintaining a high standard of hospitality is impressive, and he clearly possesses the leadership qualities of a manager. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect stay.
GGuest UserStaff service attitude is very enthusiastic and friendly, I forgot to inform the front desk staff need two beds, after entering the room, the staff immediately called the front desk to notify the change, he sent us directly to the new room, another staff gave us the room card, very high responsiveness, saved a lot of time.
The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, the toilets are well-equipped, and it was the first of the seven hotels I stayed in during my travels in Egypt that had slippers available and the bathing equipment was branded ELLE, which enhanced the image of the hotel.
The inquiry desk colleagues across from the front desk were very professional, and I answered questions about transportation times to the city center and restaurants, etc., and the answers were clear and accurate.
The breakfast restaurant is also the richest I have encountered, whether it is the variety of juices, the variety of bread and cheese, beyond my imagination.
As for the swimming pool and beach, since I spent all my time exploring the nearby tourist attractions, I didn’t have time to experience it in person, I could only watch it from the balcony of the room, but I felt that the beach part should be good.
The ATM machine in the hotel lobby is a good facility, which is very convenient for guests.
Only some shops are missing.
The hotel as a whole has been comparable to many international brand hotels.
AAshraf.MostafaThe hotel in general is very good, we enjoyed our 4 days stay there.
There were some comments to be considered:
1) the WIFI network is very week their network passwords are always not working due to max. limit of users reached.
2) the food quality is very good, but the variety is limited, refill is done.
3) My reservation was Halve Board (Breakfast & Dinner) but during the dinner and Lunch all drinks were not included, and you have to pay for them
4) it is better if you have sea shoes, the sea sand has some small stones and some plants, but it is accepted.
MMarawanGood luxury hotel, about 2 hours away from main city Alexandria. Was quite empty when we visted (1st week of October). The room was very clean and comfy, beach was great and the staff are very pleasant. We didn't get to try the pools but they seemed good too. Selection for breakfast and dinner was good, if not exquisite.
My only small remark is that at this price range, I have stayed in more luxurious hotels in Hurghada, with all-inclusive access and better reataurants. It's a small nitpick, but I had to say it, since most hotels at this price range are quite close in quality and only the small details differ. I do understand the closeness advantage for north coast hotels vs Hurghada so that must be factored into the price.
AAndra__daMy stay at this hotel started in a wrong way but turned out into a unique experience. I had some problems when I arrived because of some misunderstandings but Amani, the manager managed it very well and I had a very pleasant experience. She is very good at deal with her customers and make them feel welcome.
The place is magical, very beautiful and with an awesome design. You can just chill in the garden.
I had dinner with her and some friends in the desert, they cooked everything with the fire, was an unforgettable experience. I wish I could stay more.
I highly recommend it. The place will make you feel relaxed and slow down a little bit. 😊

IIrene/CBecause it is the off-season for tourism, the surrounding shops are not open. Fortunately, there is food in the hotel. The service is pretty good. You can order food and it will be delivered to your door. The sea in the hotel is also very beautiful.
PPotato SaladWhen we checked in, the front desk staff informed us that our reservation could not be found in their system. We spent more than ten minutes communicating before another colleague stepped in and helped resolve the issue.
After leaving our luggage, we later realized that the front desk had forgotten to return our passports. Fortunately, we were able to retrieve them, otherwise it would have caused serious trouble.
I hope the hotel can assign more experienced staff to handle the check-in process in order to improve the overall service.
GGuest UserAlthough the location is a little bit off, the room is clean, the space is large enough, and there are disposable slippers and bathrobes. I feel that the price is very high. The little brother who helps with the luggage is very simple. The lighting in the courtyard is beautiful at night. I feel that the people in Siwa are relatively simple. Shopping is not like Cairo. Calling Yu at night is convenient to travel, go to the desert to eat roast chicken to see the starry sky, go to the salt lake to take pictures, it is worth a visit
