Staff are fantastic and happy to help. Parking can seem like an issue when you arrive but once you check in the book into the ANPR system you can park anywhere in the service areas. Comfort room had everything you need. Areas for improvement: Not sure why a hairdryer is installed inside a drawer, you have a very short cable to work with. Bathroom could do with some TLC, but the cleaners do a good job keeping it clean. Pillows weren’t great but would be fine for one night.

We booked through trip and unfortunately the booking at the hotel was incorrect The floor that our room was on when we arrived at 4pm was littered with trays with old uneaten food glasses cups and glass bottles not what you expect from a 4* Hilton

Stayed overnight before our holiday and after! Close to Bristol Airport , very friendly excellent staff food good and gaining entrance to room at 2.30am was so easy! Would recommend hotel as a great stopover for travelling to & from airport!  Staff excellent especially Natalia serving our breakfast on both days!  Will be back again when we travel abroad from Bristol again for sure! Could not fault the actual room, the pub itself and the staff. Room was squeaky clean, even with a cafetiere. Niggles 1) the ”Roberts” radio had a great tone etc, but needs instructions on how to use it; otherwise as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike! 2) bedside alarm clock was not working... the battery was not properly installed. 3) restaurant opening hours were odd....closed until 8pm? Menu was not inspiring, a little confusing? All in all, a good place to stop-over....although clearly not aiming for the budget-conscious traveller....oh, and the beers were excellent, even with real ale....

We had a wedding and needed to check in early. I called ahead and they did say they would try their best. When we got there they ensured that they cleaned our room first and we were able to get in with more than enough time to get ready for the wedding. The room was nice with great little treats of jelly babies, coffee, biscuits etc. I really liked the towels they gave us. Only criticism with the room was the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty, needs a clean. The breakfast was great, very filling and you could tell it was made fresh to order. I would stay here again.
