Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Had a little problem with the room but the staff were marvellous moving us & giving us a cheaper rate, free drinks & a late check out. Really helpful staff. Would highly recommend

Delightful hotel, with kind attentive staff. For us it was a bit of a surprise as we were just looking for a stop off on a long journey. We’ll definitely return.

1. The hotel location is fine. Near the town and nearby cafe. Nice. 2. The room have USB C charging port. Good for my Apple Iphone 16 power up. The lighting control of the room is simple and easy to manage. 3. Breakfast: Good, Much Choices. 4. Staff service: On June 1, I requested the duty staff at the lobby at 7:30 AM to arrange for my room cleaning, including towel replacement. Unfortunately, upon my return at 10:00 PM, the room had not been cleaned. As it was very late, I chose not to call for staff assistance and cleaned the room myself. This is an area where the hotel can improve its service reliability.

Fantastic hotel rooms were great lovely size. Couldn't have wished for a better location within walking distance to centre of Stratford upon Avon close to all theatres would definitely stay here again and have recommended to friends and family

This is a very distinctive cabin hotel! Although it is a cabin, the facilities inside are complete (but there is no refrigerator), the decoration is full of medieval style, and the whole park has an ancient atmosphere. The environment is green and beautiful, and you can see wild ducks swimming and foraging by the stream. There are games for children in the park and regular entertainment programs every day. Children like it very much. The overall price is good, I have a wonderful holiday with my family here!

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

The room is on the top floor, a typical British attic renovation, with a very limited view, but other than that it's OK, especially the service in the restaurant is great. In the morning, because I was in a hurry, the lady in the restaurant helped me prepare some food temporarily, which was great, thank you

Buffet breakfast is relatively simple, you can add money to order, the room can not add a small bed, the location of the hotel is good, the environment is fresh and quiet, there is free parking at the door, the restaurant dessert is delicious 😊

Everything fine except for the check in. Hotel insisted that the rooms had not been paid for in advance and that to gain access i would have to pay at the desk I have therefore paid twice for the same booking I have tried Premier Inns complaints line but end up in an endless wild goose chase and no help

There is no elevator. I almost hurt my back when moving my luggage when I checked in. When I checked out, the staff helped me carry down. It took a lot of strength to carry two large suitcases with both hands. The heating in the room was broken. I was too lazy to change it. I had to use the hot air mechanism. It heated up quickly. It was average.
