Since covid virus pandemic, this is the first time I stayed at this hotel couple days ago. Unfortunately, I found some cases distubing my feeling, such as : several lights in the room didn't work (dead maybe ...), bad smell at the pillow's sheet/cover, so maybe they didn't changes the sheets regurally as it suppose be ..., specially 3-4 star hotel level ...

probably the best value hotel in bangka. - room service food is ok and not overpriced - my mom asked for her towel replacement because it smelled weird but they ran out of towels overall worth the price with all the convenience. 4/5 👍

The scenery in Belitung is very beautiful. Sheraton is the best hotel here. The experience of staying here is very good, the scenery is super beautiful, and the service is very good. Every waiter here exudes a sincere smile, is very attentive, and makes people linger in every way. If I have a chance to come to Belitung again, I will choose this hotel again.

The room is right facing the sea compared to other hotels facing the sea without seeing the sea 🤭. All good, only some ceramics in the pool should be repaired to be safe. Delicious breakfast variety and good service.

the location is very strategic with good hotel conditions and clean environment.it is expected that there is a service improvement in breakfast dishes and service.

Nice hotel, beautiful scenery which surrounding by local trees, garden and park ... Closed to Depati Amir Airport, and just about 5 km away from downtown Pangkalpinang city. Suitable for family/or group staycation, meeting, any activities. Nice room, spaces area, good quality of bed, pillow, blanket, linen ... There's restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and jogging track.

This hotel is a high-quality four-star hotel on the Indonesian island of Belidong, located in the port of Tanjung Bailebas, a tourist gathering area on the island of Belidong. The hotel is fully equipped with meeting rooms, an infinity pool bordering the sea, and the sunset view is also beautiful. The hotel room meets the standards of a four-star hotel, very clean, but the bathroom is a bit small, and the water looks a bit yellow, this should be because of the relationship between the rich minerals of groundwater in Belidong Island, do not drink the water here.

I stayed with my family in July 2023 for 4 nights in a superior room. Exceptional atmosphere and service. The interiors of the room are fantastic, especially the quality of the bed and pillows are amazing. The food is great if you enjoy experimenting with local cuisine. The staff is super polite and helpful. Has a kids pool and kids club for kids which are also good. Very satisfied with my stay. More

Everything was good.location also good. Roof top menu was limited .mushroom soup tasteless only cream.

I expect too much from this hotel... not sure how they gave 5 star for this hotel.. the most minus point from this hotel is the broken pool.. do not let your kids play in the pool.. all the tiles are broken.. i mean not one but maybe hundreds and yes my kid was injured.. i always ask them to wear beach shoes for swiming after i saw lots of dangerous tiles were there.. but one time one of my kid was couldn't wait for me while dressing my other child.. he went down for swim without shoes and the tile cut his thumbs and make a huge hole and the blood keep running and it is really dangeroussss.. i couldnt imagine how about most of kids who dont wear beach shoes... and yet they dont even care to do the maintenance... other than that the room is really clean and comfy... the food was good and not that expensive.. the gym is bad.. only 1 set of dumbell and threadmill and not maintained too.. maybe i expect too much.. Pleaseeeee do the maintenance of the pool.. its really unacceptable for the swimming pool to have hundreds of cracked tile.. ITS REALLY DANGEROUS!!!!

The entrance of the hotel is white sand beaches and corals, snorkeling and catching the sea are very good. The English of the staff is the best on the island! ! Service attitude is also very good! ! ! The guests staying in Europe and the United States are mainly, and the international atmosphere is better. But the hotel is mainly an old house, the toilet is also open-air, and the comfort will be a little worse. If you come to Belidong Island next time, you will definitely stay at this one.

I stayed here for few times when i do business trip to Belitung Island. FO Staff : All staff are very friendly and helpful, check in process was great and fast. Breakfast : Good for 3 stars hotel, enough choice for breakfast and easy. Room : Room are clean and enjoy it. Wi-Fi : Sometime wi-fi connection not stable which is need to disconnect and connect again. Overall : Best 3 stars hotel in Tanjung Pandan area, easy and comfort will maximize your energy booster.

While visiting south Sumatra last month, I was suggested to visit Bangka Island, as time permitted , I flew from Palembang , easy 50 minute flight with Sriwijaya air, all very good. Well.. I wanted something “wild” with accommodation in front of the beach and that is what I got.. the beaches are great, very “wild” and the scenario like in a Flintstones movie, very characteristic, quite unique scenario, water clean, sand very nice ( except form the tons of plastics , which the resort does not clean, unfortunately) a part that, very nice coast line, perfect for a solo or family excursion, very relaxing. Now for the most disappointing part, I would have like to have kept the “wild” feeling only for the surrounding but unfortunately the accommodation was a disaster, very very ( very) old, very poor room maintenance, bed bugs, not clean, TV does not work, room is not made daily, etc., etc. What a shame, because the location is great. Food offering very poor. Few staff as well, although all very nice people.. yes I know is a Covid period , but believe me the resort maintenance was let it go way before the pandemic, now it becomes just an excuse… so yes is expensive for what you get , but basically the room price you pay is 90% for the view and the beach and the rest 10% would be for the ‘room” Would I go back to Bangka , yes, why not? would I go back to this hotel? Well.. yes if they will do a major renovation if not…sorry is a no no… Thank you !

The check-in and check-out process is fast, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the breakfast menu is varied although there are some menus that need to be improved, there are adult and children swimming pools available. Satisfied staying here in order to travel on the island of Bangka.

This hotel one of bigest Hotel in Bangka Island. Make surat what kind of your room you want because not all room have a sea view. Im order the room nearest the beach. It beautiful view, you can hear the wave, sense the wind. White sand. But lil bit dirty maybe because after held a party

Great and clean hotel, located just on the city border. We got upgraded room upon check-in. Breakfast is good, you are recommended to rent a car because taxi and online transportation is still scarce in this city

I just love this place. Quiet, The hotel was not very big, but they have very large open space area, simple breakfast But they have many activities available in the area. Though the location is quite far from the main business area but overall it was a great stay.

The light switch placed closed the bed.. the washbasin and shower are adjacent, not suitable for small children and elderly who can be stung.. the room is spacious, but the design of the room is amburadul..

Lokasinya strategis banget. Cari makan dan nongkrong bisa jalan kaki. Stafnya jg ramah. Hotelnya emang bangunan lama, tapi oke lah sesuai harga
