It is always the choice of hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya.
Service is always superb along with great cleanliness and the food is decent for room service.

Title: A Wonderful Stay at Paradise Inn
Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and it truly lived up to its name. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel like a valued guest.
The hotel looks more modern. Everything is clean, and the receptionists provide a nice touch when we checked it. The receptionists explain everything about the hotel even some provide a recommendation to nearby grilled fish restaurant that we tried and were happy with the recommendations.
We only stayed for a night, but it feels like this Mercure should be the standard of any other Mercure outside the big city. Bed is comfortable. Food and breakfast are ok, although price a bit pricey but not extremely pricey. We tried the pool, which quite nice but not too big.
Like everything else in Pangkalan Bun, the hotel is just 20 minutes away from the airport. They offer drop off service to the airport, but we didn’t take it because the price is too steep. We end up using some online taxi hailing app that cost 1/4 of their service.
Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.
Thank you for the Extra and Free Minibar service helped by Ms. Devhia's reception (sorry if I wrote a name), a small surprise for our daughter who was on his birthday on the day we stayed at M Bahalap Hotel.
The purpose of staying is to rest, choosing a good room is to be comfortable, but how can it be comfortable if the karaoke place is close to the room where you stay. The hotel's rules regarding parked guest vehicles are also explained in front as if they are free from responsibility for loss and damage caused by external interference factors, both intentional and unintentional, because the officers are only responsible for parking vehicles and helping to get out of the parking lot in front of the hotel. For vehicle security matters, there is an option for certain instructions (additional) with adjusted rates.

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!
Just got to Palangka Raya from a long haul. When we entered the hotel, we smell nice ambiance in the lobby that felt welcoming. The beed was nice and comfy, the non-smoking room also smell fresh. The staffs also very nice. Very recommended 👌🏽
