I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is elegant, the property is beautifully maintained, and the service is on another level.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

The environment was pleasant, and the high floor offered a great view. However, very few tea bags were provided, and there was no coffee. It would be better if these complimentary amenities could be improved. Nevertheless, the overall experience was positive.

It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from Bangalore (Kempegowda) International Airport. A clean and bright hotel. There are restaurants, pharmacies, sweet shops, and fast food restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. There is construction going on on both sides of the hotel, so there is a lot of noise from heavy machinery during the day. Also, the highway connecting the airport and the city is right in front of the hotel, so there is a lot of noise from cars and horns (Indian cars always honk their horns when driving). If you are concerned about this, be sure to check when you check in which direction your room faces. The other side of the highway is a lush residential area. I was on the 7th floor, and my corner room was half construction and half residential, so I was able to endure it.

This hotel experience was truly pleasant. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable layout. The bed was incredibly soft, and I slept very well. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to transportation and restaurants. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Good business hotel. Breakfast delightful because Kendernath sorted everything! Room comfortable but not well cleaned and some furniture needs updating - very scratched and ‘lived in’.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Everything perfect , The reception and staff are helpful and the rooms are maintained well., there is a need of small windows., the about 24/7 ac....and the shower water adjusted very slow flow., I think the management look it in to the matter because shower 🚿 is the most important part of the beginning and end routines of the guest., so the stars are less...

I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore. Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.
