The rooms were awesome! The service at the front desk, the restaurant staff and the spa was fantastic. The staff members were very friendly and were ever so ready to serve with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with my stay at Fairfield Marriott. It is ultra clean and the service was stellar. Also, it’s always nice to have 4 complimentary bottles of water in the room, and any additional requests (extra blanket, chai masala, slippers, bathrobe) arrived within a few minutes. I would absolutely stay here again.

It has been 3 days since I am staying at Double tree by Hilton and I keep coming here and I have never received the service given by Abhishek Pandey, Abhijit Haldar. I am very happy with it and whenever I come to Varanasi with my family,i will definitely have a good experience with him .

The staff was very kind, the location was within walking distance to the Taj Mahal (about 15 minutes), and there was a souvenir shop affiliated with His next door. There wasn't anything particularly close by, but I was able to purchase water and snacks at a nearby store. I think the Taj Mahal is the main attraction when visiting Agra, so it would be convenient to stay here. I wanted to see the sunrise and went out early in the morning when it was still dark, so I was afraid to walk, so I used an Uber taxi, but I was able to hail one right away, and it was a convenient place for public transportation with plenty of taxis nearby! However, there were no tissues in the room and the shower holder was broken. The inside of the room is clean◎

If travelling to Delhi and budget is tight. This hotel can be tried. It offers excellent service in budget price. It takes roughly an hour ride from Delhi's train stations.

Worst Policy and Stupid duty Manager... I got penalize for smoking in room just 2 cigarettes that too in bathroom. Which i have to Pay 2300inr . I booked room which cost me 5700inr and i stayed there for only 3 hours ... The worst part is that all the front desk staff especially Duty Manager vinay and Neha Smiling on me making Sarcastic comments maybe this also your hotel policy.. **** hotel with illiterate Staff ....

Our stay at Marriott was really good thanks in large to the excellent service. The entire process from check in to check it was smooth and staff was very responsive to our needs (and we had a few thanks to 3 kids!). Special shout out to Lovely, Amit and Jahangeer for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you're headed to Agra.

Had a lovely stay at the Taj Resorts for one night to visit Taj Mahal early in the morning. The room was clean and the services were excellent. The location was very close to Taj Mahal, only about 5 minutes walk to the East Gate, and the hotel kindly arranged everything from entry tickets to a tour guide for the visit. Our guide was Mr. Sanjay, who was not only a very kind and polite person, but also explained to us thoroughly about the history of the place and made sure we could pause anytime to take as ***y pictures as we wanted. We'd suggest for anyone who wants to visit Taj Mahal to come very early in the morning (around 5.30 - 6 AM) to enjoy the sunrise view that illuminates the historical place, as well as to avoid the crowd. The hotel location is perfect for tourists who want to visit the nearby wordwide wonder monument Taj Mahal. The room are enough comfortable and clean, there are no superlative notes to remember but the acceptable standard for a short stay.

Perfect location, perfect service, and perfect hotel. The hotel is very close to Taj Mahal. The hotel provides electric cars to the Taj Mahal. The swimming pool and back garden of the hotel are a piece of art. I will live for a longer time next time.

We couldn't sleep...people screaming all night, it was like a fair. Is it possible that the hotel staff is only concerned with receiving customers and not ensuring their per***ent comfort? How is it possible to have loud music in a room, people slamming doors and talking loudly in the corridors all night long???? This is a Starwood chain hotel...(???) Fabulous breakfast.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!

It is a pleasant experience to stay in this chaotic city of Agra for one night. The hotel facilities are not very new, but clean and the beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool, spa, gym, kids club and more. The service staff is very nice, we will have dinner at the hotel in India, and we will send us some desserts and fruits on the same day, and we will say what needs to be mentioned. After dinner, the hotel also has cultural activities, such as puppet shows, mud bowls, magic, and so on. Really feel very good.

Go to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. This is a hotel that impressed us during our trip to India. The service was very attentive, although it only lasted for one night. We went to TAKE A BOATRUDE FOR CEREMONY at 5:15 in the morning. The hotel arranged a boatman and waiter on time to guide us on the boat, and prepared the blanket very thoughtfully. It is hard to imagine how cold we would be without the blanket. Then we went to breakfast. A waiter provided us with services. Usually they started the meal at 7 am, but because we left the hotel at 7 am, they prepared some hot meals in advance, and they were very warm. Then on time, the boatman and PORTER took us on board and went to Baiqiao to meet our driver. They didn't leave until they put the boxes in the car. The key point came, the driver whispered, the hotel front desk started to call him at 5 o'clock in the morning, and constantly reminded him that he must wait for us early, for fear that we were delayed or could not find him. In fact, we didn't tell the hotel in advance, we needed them to remind the driver and so on. We just told the front desk that we were departing at 10 o'clock and we needed to depart from the hotel at 7 o'clock. Makes the hotel more nervous than us, afraid of being late and so on. The meticulous and perfect service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this hotel, BRIRAMA PALACE VARANASI, WONDERFUL HOTEL!

India's well-deserved hotel, luxurious decoration, first-class service, intimate and comfortable, rich breakfast, daily newspapers. It is completely isolated from the mess outside, just like being in two different worlds, it is worth staying.

(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

While we stayed in ***y TAJ properties and carry very warm memories of TAJNESS from most of the properties but this property stays in our heart very closely for ***y reasons may be for our life time. 1) Rich legacy this property carries 2) Small & Unique property which we haven't seen by far 3) The suites are very large. In fact they are the largest which we seen till now 4) Most importantly the hospitality shown by each colleague was tremendous and didn't feel till now While every colleague has shown warmth and gave their best but to name few, 1) Rhimjhim- Right from the check in to see off she was there with us. Very Helpful and informative. She took care of our kids when we were out for temple DARSHAN, visits etc. 2) Venu- Very polite and attentive to each of our requirement, be it lunch, Dinner or breakfast-for that matter anything else 3) Vikas- While he is heading food & beverages for both the properties but he made sure that at least he touch based 1-2 times with us and enquired about our comfort. In fact 16th December is his Birthday but still he is at the job and enquiring about our well being. Hats off to his commitment levels 4) GM of the hotel- My apologies for not remembering his name but very kind and there for check in & out while he is busy As mentioned earlier, above are the few names which I mentioned here but otherwise every one was so attentive to our needs and helpful. I thank once again all my colleagues for their excellent hospitality and we will remember this stay for our life time. My kids were so nostalgic that they just wanted to be in Varanasi to stay in this property once again. Not sure whether we can make it in the near future but I'm sure they will definitely make it to this property once again when they grow up and will cherish their childhood memories.

The hotel is safer in the army area. The front desk was a bit cold, probably too busy. Breakfast is OK, mostly in India, and less in Western style. The room is small, the twin bed is to take apart the big bed that has been put together, resulting in a bed that is very awkward and sleeps at the door. The hotel is a bit far from the altar. Varanasi is the world of tutu cars and rickshaws. There are a lot of tutu cars at the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Tutu driver Reis is very good, my friend and I have been packing his car. The cost is about 1000-1500 rupees a day, depending on how far you go, you can bargain. Reis also has half a tour guide, so the price is more expensive than pure tutu, English simple communication is basically OK. It's a lot of time to have a local guide safe.

Not bad, a good choice in this city, there is still a little distance from the Ganges, but there seems to be no suitable hotel on the Ganges River, so staying here is ok, recommended!

Room was clean and comfortable . Pool at the top floor was very good scenic view and the food at the restuarant served was amazing too. My family had a good time during the short visit. Hilton always my first preference as it never missed a chance to surprise with outstanding service.

Personally, I am quite satisfied considering the cost performance. The room was very large. The staff were friendly.

An impressive combination of 5-star quality and professionalism combined with friendliness. It's a place to relax and unwind, unhurried in its pace but able to make things happen speedily when you want it so. As foodies, we felt that the food was of very high quality and freshness. Of course, one expects this from a Taj, but it was nice to see it delivered, and also to taste some of the regional 'Lucknowi' cuisine. Subham in the Cafe Restaurant was particularly nice and helpful, but it's in some ways unfair to single him out as all the serving staff were great, under the watchful and charming eye of the restaurant manager. Ranjana and all the other housekeeping staff were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended 'home' for those visiting Lucknow as the location is quiet but only 20 minutes from the main up-market shopping areas and a few more minutes to the old quarter and The Residency.
