Having stayed in so many hotels, this one truly impressed me! The moment I stepped in, I could feel its unique charm. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, with soft, warm lighting that creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Upon entering the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The bed linen and duvet covers were spotless without a single wrinkle, and there was no unpleasant odor in the bathroom. The toiletries were neatly arranged. The room layout was very well-designed, making excellent use of the space, which made me feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel's service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff maintained a warm and enthusiastic attitude, always wearing genuine smiles. Once, I accidentally left something in my room, and the staff immediately contacted me after finding it and safely kept my item. They also proactively asked about my needs and offered thoughtful suggestions, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and a full range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It's perfect whether for a leisure trip or a business visit.

Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location is very central, close enough to the airport and also to city center. The only issue I have is they would not allow the AC to go below 21° and at night it would get hot in the room, I asked the front desk and they told me it was general standards. Other then that the stay was a total pleasure and the breakfast menu was good.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

It was clean, friendly, and the breakfast was great. The front desk staff was also friendly and quick to process things, so I think I will use it again next time.

The service staffs, esp front line girls are highly attentive, serious in resolving our problems . Ur management team did care for our transport issues and acted professionally to solve it. Kudos .....to the front office team. 🥰🫡🫡👏👏👏👏👏

Excellent location and service, checkin was a breeze, even though we were early at 12:30 We ordered food in evening room service and same was of good quality and taste 👍 Will come definitely come back again.

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!
