Easy to find. Nice room, shower area small. Room heater not working, they gave us portable heater. Also charged us the tax wrongly but rectified the next day.

:) Good wifi :) Ample counter space in bathroom and bathtub :) Good powerful Braun hair dryer :) Ample and accessible power outlets in room :) Car park outside apartment, free :) Lift :(( room door number lock is flimsy. Need to make sure your door closed properly. No extra lock on inside. :( all-in-one type of shampoo-shower gel. :( No human service staff. Self service number code entry to Apartment and Room. Hmmm... as long as e-system are not faulty.

The room is simple and clean, but there is no small refrigerator. However, we borrowed a space from the restaurant to refrigerate food. The service staff is friendly and the room has a nice view. It is an accommodation choice during the trip. There is a supermarket at the gas station next to it.

The hot spring was incredibly comfortable! It kept me warm even in the cold. The restaurant on the second floor is very popular and requires advance reservations, but the food at the hotel's ground-floor bar is also quite good. I highly recommend the fried cauliflower!

Everything is great with the place. Wished we had more time to enjoy the environment. Felt like a luxury place to stay in. There was a kitchen with all the required utensils to cook and we made fried salmon. Kitchen utensils are new and very clean. Extra trash bag provided with salt, pepper and even cooking oil. Highly recommend this place if you can afford it.

The extra bed's quilt was smelly, and the front desk person was missing. It was late, and I didn't know who to contact. I contacted Ctrip immediately, and they responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue perfectly. Thank you so much! The hotel's breakfast restaurant is shared with the Geysir Hotel, but it's in a separate area, which was a bit disappointing. Dinner was delicious; I ordered lamb chops, and the service was excellent!

This is a very tasteful hotel with excellent service. You can overlook the snow-capped mountains in the distance from the hotel. The breakfast is of good quality. The fried lamb chops and vegetarian meals for dinner are very delicious! The front desk and restaurant staff are very kind. When the aurora appeared at night, the front desk promptly notified us to go outdoors to watch the aurora. If I come to Iceland next time, I hope to stay at the Land Hotel!

Service is very good, breakfast is delicious, but remind not to open the window! Don't believe that there are no mosquitoes in Iceland. I met the largest mosquitoes in my life and flew into the room. I didn't sleep well all night and was bitten all night.

The room is well heated! I like it very much! It is also suitable to wear summer clothes in the room in winter, and the washed clothes are dried in one night. There are several restaurants and shopping areas on the first floor of the hotel. The food is not very good. I don't recommend it.

Very pleasant stay and top notch service. The room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff were very quick to assist and very flexible with our requests. Really amazing! The location is right at skogafoss which is really convenient, though the view of the room facing the fall cannot really see the waterfall.
