This is a five star hotel in a three star body. Rooms are TINY, like scandanavian homes, but everything was clean and fresh, staff were outstanding, we could store out bags before and after our stay, missing personal articles available for free downstairs. Clear rooftop vie of the castle so you don't have to leave the hotel for beutiful shots of the castle. Near a huge gorgeous, covered pedetrian only walking are. Only sorry to have had only one night here.

Our room was ready when we arrived at 2pm and made available to us immediately. The room was clean, the staff friendly. Tea, coffee, juice and water are complementary all day long and between 5 & 8 pm they offer wine and snacks. What more could we ask for? Excellent quality for the price!

5 star room,very well equipped and very new. felt very comfortable in the room,toilet and room is more spacious than the typical japanese hotel room. will definitely stay again when in kobe. highly recommended.

I made a reservation on the day because a triple room with a semi-double room and sofa bed was available! The room was quite small, so I couldn't spread out my carrier (T_T) But the amenities were plentiful and very nice! The welcome drink of sweet sake was also delicious! The only drawback is that all the nearby parking lots are expensive.

The location is perfect, with a walkable distance to the JR station and shopping street. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. We could see the Himeji castle from our room. We really enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure if this happens in all the rooms, but they have a serious humidity problem. The wall was getting wet and it made the bed wet as well, and the room smelled damp. They don't offer cleaning unless you stay for 4 nights or more. The beds weren't very comfortable and, as I mentioned, since the wall was wet, the duvet got wet too. I'm 1.86m tall and the duvet didn't fully cover me. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and there was a convenience store at the entrance of the hotel.

Excellent value for money and a fantastic experience! The hotel is located in Chinatown, surrounded by tons of great food options, and transportation is quite convenient. The indoor hot spring, sauna, and bath facilities are absolutely wonderful! If you love soaking in hot springs and enjoying a sauna, you definitely shouldn't miss this. Soaking multiple times a day is pure bliss! The staff's service attitude is great, and the hygiene and environment are also very good. Although the room size isn't large, it's really clean and tidy. The clothes and slippers provided were perfect to change into before heading straight to the bath! Some of Kobe's attractions are also within walking distance. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!

The room is clean, parking is very convenient, the toilet is large, and the facilities are very new. However, the wifi is almost unavailable. The movie viewing is good. The hotel is only suitable for self-driving people. There is little public transportation nearby.

Even though I booked this hotel by mistake, I was pleasantly surprised! If you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend staying here! First off, the rooms are significantly larger compared to hotels in Sannomiya. As an established five-star hotel, while the facilities are a bit dated, the size and views are absolutely unbeatable. There's a balcony in the room where you can enjoy a coffee, look out at the sea, and relax in the morning – it's incredibly pleasant. You can also admire the night view. The hotel breakfast offers freshly made burgers and freshly squeezed orange juice, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. If the weather's nice, you can even sit outside and enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. The only downside is that the pool costs extra. However, if you have kids, Meriken Park is right across the street, featuring the Anpanman Museum and a Ferris wheel. Plus, iconic photo spots are right downstairs. If you want to go shopping in the city center, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus every 20 minutes, which is super convenient if you check the schedule. All in all, next time I come with my children, I'll definitely choose this place.
