This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right outside the subway station and commercial district. The front desk service was friendly and efficient, and they proactively arranged a quiet room on a high floor for me. The room design was stylish and cozy, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I especially loved the made-to-order noodle station. The gym facilities were new and offered expansive views. Upon checkout, the staff even helped me call a taxi and offered bottled water, showing great attention to detail. This hotel offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Booked room without breakfast, 9kwd breakfast is too expensive. Fortunately, there are a lot of food around. There is a star dad walking to the beach, brunch every day. The hotel room is quite large, opposite the oil field, the smell of sulfur in the air. The check-in experience was average. The room was separated by a door with a door. It can be imagined that the sound insulation is not good. When I checked in, the hotel was still repairing the room. From 11 noon to 5 pm, the floor was slamming every day and noisy. The hotel has direct access to the mall and is convenient for shopping.

I have booked this hotel for my staff with recommendation from my friend in Kuwait who works nearby this place. The room is big, spacious and clean. They also pick me up from the airport for free. Will book again in this hotel if there is a need

The hotel breakfast room is on the 20th floor. You can see the seaside from a distance. The hotel breakfast is OK. If you don't want to go out at noon and evening, you can call the delivery service. There are printed curry rice, steak, coffee, scones and other tastes. It is not suitable for my taste.

Clean and tidy, friendly service, large enough room, good sea view room, overall very satisfied. But the breakfast is a bit monotonous, which is common in this place, and it is also the case in five-star hotels.
