Photos 1 and 3 show the rooftop restaurant, which is quite nice. The ambiance is pleasant, and the prices and tastes are generally suitable for Chinese customers. Photos 2 and 4 show the front desk. Photos 5 and 6 show the view from the rooftop restaurant. The room was average. The food and the staff were excellent. Regarding the service, the lobby manager was somewhat unreliable. We agreed to book two tuk-tuks for the next day, but when we returned that evening, they said only one was available. The next morning, just as we were about to leave, they said no more cars were available, forcing us to hail one ourselves. This was very frustrating.

The breakfast is plentiful, the room is big enough, clean and tidy, the waiter is warm and courteous, and the hotel also gives a cocktail to the guests every day, so that guests can enjoy the sunset while watching the sunset at the sky bar on the top floor of the hotel. And if you don't go out in the afternoon, the hotel will also give you a mini afternoon tea. I think it is definitely worth the price of staying at this hotel. On the first floor, half of the swimming pool is covered with sunshade, but there are white pigeons flying in the open air. You will find that the pool has mane from time to time. If you go to the beach in the morning, it will not work because of the taste of the kitchen. Just blown out to the pool, so if you want to swim in the hotel, you have to choose the right time. I did n’t go to breakfast because there were so many people, but the living environment is absolutely first-class, and the price is very high. The toilet I want to see first is very good, clean, enough water, and the shower is the most important thing. Breakfast is OK, both Western and Asian. It is a little bad soundproofing, and it is blown from the window in the morning to cook the taste of vegetables. Location is OK.

We loved everything about this resort. The room was spacious, very friendly and helpful reception staff. They were able to arrange a taxi for us for both days to do some sightseeing and transfer to Mandalay. The buffet breakfast was very good and they have a big selection of food for lunch and dinner. The pool and garden is lovely, ideal for the beautiful sunset in the evening overlooking the river.

A very beautiful hotel, which gives preference to everything natural in the interior and design. Here, even the boards with a request to clean the room or not to disturb are made of wood. We were given a huge room in a separate house. Sometimes there were power outages, but they were short-lived. WiFi worked well. It seemed to me that we were the only guests of the hotel on the first day, then other guests arrived. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a view of the Bagan pagodas. There are sun loungers near the pool, and in the evenings, tables are set up for dinner. The hotel has a spa, where an hour of massage costs $ 5. There is a gym, but due to the lack of people wanting to, the air conditioning was turned off, and I did not wait for the room to cool down. Breakfast at the hotel is a la carte. You can order all the items. We liked the noodles with vegetables and omelettes. Every day we dined at the hotel restaurant. Of the cocktails, we liked the Mai Tai. Of the food, pasta with chicken. Some dishes were spicy for us, but this is typical for Asian dishes. We didn't like the desserts. The service at the hotel was top notch. All the staff try very hard. You can walk from the hotel to the 12-story tower, which offers views of the whole Bagan. The hotel can call you a tuk-tuk for a trip to the temples. We stayed here for 3 nights. It was enough to ride around the temples for half a day. I don't recommend riding all day because of the heat. We forgot the cable at the hotel, we found it on Inle Lake in another hotel in the chain. We called the reception, made arrangements, and the cable was brought to us for free the next day. It was very nice, considering that it's a 7-hour drive by car. I recommend the hotel if you come to see Bagan.

The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful and there are several nice restaurants nearby.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
