GGuest UserThe place is very oeganize n pleasent.
The room quit spacious but the A/C is too cold. Having tough time to adapt to it.
The toilet are ample. Hot n cold water are good.
Only that theres no dedicated floor mate outside the toilet and have to use the towel or is it meant for..
Overall nice..

AAnonymous UserI really enjoyed my stay at Cassia Rama 9. The loft-style room was modern, clean, and very spacious. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on the 37th floor with an amazing view of Bangkok. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Although it’s a bit of a walk to the MRT, the free shuttle service works perfectly. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very spacious... so comfortable! It's a single bed, but two people can sleep comfortably. The food is delicious too! The room is incredibly spacious. The internet is a bit slow if you want to watch Netflix; you'd have to watch football on your phone. YouTube works fine though, it's fast enough.

AAnonymous UserReally enjoyed the friendly staff service and the cleanliness of the hotel, keep it up!!
Location is average but the hotel amenities is very basic only. Walls were not sound-proofed enough. For the price, I felt it was a bit high.

JjohanEverything about the hotel is acceptable except the staff, it's like they are underpaid and couldn't care less with their work, not friendly, and try don't have any butler or bellboy to help with the luggage, doesn't help is fine, mak face is another...they even scold you for parking at at roofed carpark and claimed it's for staff, I haven't found any hotel in the world that doesn't prioritize their customer over their staff..
