The air conditioning of the hotel is not very good, and the temperature of the bath water is unstable. What annoys me the most is that it is very noisy in the morning, there are always people entering and exiting at the emergency exit, the door is very loud, I have been woken up many times, and the sound insulation is not good.

Espere 30 minutos en la calle por que el hotel estaba cerrado. Había un timbre y nadie respondía.
Finalmente asomó el responsable indicando que está solo y subió a pisos superiores a realizar tareas!!!

AAdrian (London)A great location close to the Town Square (Plaza de Armas). The location is perfect and the staff are wonderful. Breakfast is good. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trujillo. I really enjoyed my time there. An unexpected bonus was a fully connected Smart TV in the room. Thank you to all the staff.
