Located in central Puno near the old cathedral square so whatever tours you book there’s zero chance they don’t know where to pick u up. The little frustration (as in a lot of Latin American old towns) is that not every street in the old town is drivable. So say you booked a trip there’s a good chance you will walk two three blocks to jump on a bus but your tour guide will sort it out
When people go Puno u usually either stay in the city or further out to be on a floating island. In my case I chose convenience over experience
The hotel is generally clean. Breakfast is “alright” not pampered for choice but sufficient variety still
Otherwise pretty no frills hotel. By the way they don’t give out free water here apart from your daily allocation of two bottles just buy from outside
I wasn’t entirely sure the price is worth it I’ll never know I paid usd160 for two nights. Could have gone cheaper I suppose because it’s no more than a three star hotel experience wise either

1. I booked a mountain view king-size bed room on Ctrip, but was given a twin bed room. After unsuccessful communication, I contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel received a twin bed package, and Ctrip made up the difference
2. The hotel facilities are not complete, and there is not even toilet paper, only thin toilet paper rolls. The overall facilities were not taken much, and the second picture will be taken for reference
3. Cleaning is not done every day, and water will only be provided if you ask them
4. There was renovation during the stay, and drilling was crazy during the lunch break
5. The hotel is close to Lake Titicaca, and the scenery is amazing
6. The service is also OK, but the infrastructure is really not good

This time I went to Lake Takata, I stayed at this hotel in Puno. The overall stay experience was full and the whole process was particularly satisfactory!
Let me talk about the location first, the advantage is very prominent, the hotel and Puno Arms Square are on a street, very close, the Takahashi cruise ship terminal is very close, all can be reached on foot, whether it is to visit the city or take a boat tour of the lake is particularly convenient. Next to the hotel is a supermarket and restaurant, which is convenient for eating and shopping.
The experience of the room is also colorful, the room size is moderate, the whole house is cleaned very meticulously, clean and refreshing; the bed is soft and comfortable, and it is very relieved to sleep. Puno has a large temperature difference between day and night, the room insulation effect is very good, and the house is very warm; The hot water supply in the bath is stable, the water pressure is sufficient, and the washing experience is great.
What surprised me the most was the hotel buffet breakfast. This trip to Peru was definitely the first breakfast, perfect for the taste of the Oriental. Other hotels can hardly see hot stir-fried dishes for breakfast. Two Chinese hot stir-fried dishes are directly provided here, a mix of seasonal vegetables, green vegetables, carrots, zucchini, green peppers are fried together, fresh and refreshing; the other is Peruvian special beef stir-fried, beef with tomato and onion cooking, full of flavor. In addition, there are white porridge, boiled eggs, warm stomach. Fruits are rich in variety, watermelon, cantaloupe, papaya are all available, and three or four freshly squeezed juices are provided at the same time, and there are many choices. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the breakfast at that time. It was a pity that I stayed here for two nights and only enjoyed such a rich breakfast for two days. At breakfast, I often saw management personnel inspecting and filling in time, and the management was very standardized. This is not seen in other hotels, very good 👍
The hotel staff was warm and thoughtful. I planned to walk to the pier. The staff took the initiative to enter the pier location into my mobile phone map to clearly plan the travel route. There was no need to worry about getting lost.
Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, stable and sufficient hot water, warm rooms, intimate and welcoming service, plus ceiling-level breakfast in Peru, this hotel has almost no shortcomings. If I come back to visit Lake Takata next time, I will definitely choose here again, highly recommended!
He gave me the best 5th floor room with a view, but Lake Titicaca is at a glance. .It was hard when I climbed the stairs, so I gave me a coca tea and thanks to the kind people, I took a pleasant rest ~~ ^^
The hotel has a good location near Witch Square. Since I arrived at the hotel late at night, I could immediately visit the witch-themed shops next door after checking in. There are several pizza shops and a Chaplin-themed hamburger joint next to the hotel. The hotel facilities are average, but the service is quite good. Because I had to catch a flight the next morning, the staff arranged a taxi for me to go to the airport in advance. The hotel is in a relatively noisy area in the city center, so when I picked up my room, the staff asked if I wanted to stay on the side closer to the street or the back, further away. After 1 a.m., the hotel became less noisy, and the loud music from the sidewalk started to disappear. However, I was only staying one night and for only a few hours, so I didn't find it a big problem.
All good! rooms are floating on island, don't expect too much but for the cost, it was all worth.
Amazing

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a quiet street close to the main square and main streets too, just about 5-6 minutes walk. Very impressed by the excellent services of their staff, especially Jimena, who can speak fluent English and was so helpful to make calls for me to my guides upon my requests. I stayed there for two nights. And one very accommodating thing was that they had tea bags, coffee, hot water and cups ready in each floor of the hotel so everybody didn't need to go down stairs to get some hot drinks and simply walked out the room a little to get access to drinks whenever needed. So convenient and I was deeply impressed !! Details make differences and I think the hotel is doing excellent in this. The breakfast was quite nice too with many kinds of fresh fruits, and strong wifi and hot shower in room !! The price was absolutely at perfect value. Highly recommended !!
__SamW_The hotel’s breakfast and dinner are ok, but because of the hotel’s location, it takes about 10-15 minutes by car to go to the city. 10 sol.
The hotel is facing the lake view, you can see the beautiful lake view when you get up early in the morning
NNvshizhengOverall good, good location, hygienic, thoughtful service, good hot water, rich breakfast. It's just that the window faces the street, so it can be a bit noisy sometimes. Hot water is available at the front desk. When you feel thirsty after playing, you can drink hot water immediately.
