The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Strategically located in the city center and is also part of the mall building so everything that you need is just a few steps away from the hotel's lobby. It is near to restaurants outside the mall and also near to the pier area should you want a quick boat trip to Guimaras Island. Rooms are clean with all appliances functioning well. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Very affordable room rates! We will be back again should we visit Iloilo City in the future! 😍

Courteous staffs. Check in and check out is fast. The room is clean and with new sets of white towels and bed sheets. The room size is enough for 2 person. The location is good as it is near the food establishments and coffee shops. The only missing is it would be nice to have a facial tissue in the room.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

My stay was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the ideal location, which made it easy to access local attractions. The culinary experience was a highlight—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Combined with the beautiful property and attentive staff, it made for a truly memorable and delightful visit. I will definitely be returning.

Two pools, good location, and the hotel feels quite new. They even let us check in early! The buffet restaurant is excellent, and the sea-view restaurant with its evening performances, including staff dancing, was a real highlight. My only minor quibble is that drinks at the buffet are an extra charge in the evening, but other than that, everything was fantastic!

This is actually my second booking from Trip.com. I am super thankful from this app and to La carmela De Boracay Hotel. Because of this, atleast I Escaped reality for a while. I really realy love that every time I saw staff, they always greet me and I don’t feel alone in this solo travel of mine. I’m heading back now to reality of life but on the back of my mind. I am planning when to comeback whahhaha. Such a beautiful paradise Boracay. A wonderful place to stay La Carmela De Boracay and best app I ever have Trip.com!!!!! Thank you all LABLAB😇

The room is very old, the equipment is very old, similar to the old guesthouses in China, the place is large, there is a swimming pool, the environment is good, the price-performance ratio is average, the breakfast is average, but it is close to the airport

My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before.
