I do not recommend this hotel because of its staff. I booked 4 nights and messaged them upfront that I needed a quiet room because I had an exam I needed to study for. After 1st day they started drilling, I called and talked to a manager and she told me that I should have read before on their website that they have renovations and will not stop. This is outrageous to take the money, read my request and do nothing... Trip.com helped me with this matter and Novotel stopped drilling for a while and compensated me with a 150 Zl voucher after I had to wait again because of Novotel's awful staff, and Novotel told me they will reimburse my 2 breakfasts and this never happened (they lied to me as I can see). Otherwise, the hotel and room were clean.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

The whole hotel is wild But overall it's clean and the bed is good to sleep on The sofa in the room is also very comfortable Breakfast is very rich and has many choices The hotel seems to be not far from Central Station, but if you take the wrong exit, you will take a long detour. Especially when it rains and crashes and you have to drag a big luggage

”Pre-Paid” and was told on arrival that I had to purchase sheets to use my booked bed (not specified on the booking site used), and then upon purchasing such, the receptionist who didn't even check my ID said ”we don't have any pillow cases, is this ok?” - so I had to wrap a sheet around the pillow....though this was the least of the issues. My room had a homeless man in it whose luggage was covered in dirt and he used the shower/sink to wash his clothes until 4am, which he dried with the hairdryer. He also shaved his head with a trimmer....again...between 3-4am with the lights on...ofc. 'Grim' is an understatement... The first chair I sat on upon checking out in the lobby had a wet teabag on it, and I paid £1.46 at the desk for a small bottle of water....in Poland. This place is a depressing and clinical semi-worker and homeless shelter for the most part. I only stayed for 9 hours...and that was enough. The only positives were the room furnishings and the free luggage room, but of course...I wouldn't recommend :(

The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hilton Warsaw City should be proud of its outstanding Front Desk Manager (Sylwia Robak), as the world is becoming Digital every day and losing the actual human touch, anything we need or we ask for the answer is to go online, which is only good when it is widely available but when it is not there it fails you, was in a situation & couldn't find a night stay for one of our corporate who happens to be a COO, it was only because of Sylwia Robak who could understand our circumstances and our guest importance to confirm a room which was unlikely we could have got it online. We spent 1 week in this lovely hotel and our experience was really positive. It’s located about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. We ordered an Uber and the cost was under £10. The hotel is not quite in the centre of Warsaw but everything is close by and the public transport links were excellent. A real revelation was that most of the taxi rides with Free Now were under £3. Great value, especially if you are feeling lazy! Electric scooters are also available outside of the hotel and £1.80 for the day gets you unlimited free unlocks and 60 mins of free riding with Tier. Bolt, Lime and Dott also have scooters with similar offers. Warsaw has many bicycle lanes making cycling and scootering relatively safe. As others have noted, our hotel room was small. However, it comfortably accommodated 2 adults and a 14 year old. The bed in our room was king sized and our 14 year old slept on the sofa bed, which she said was very comfy. Housekeeping is every three days as standard but can be daily on request. All the staff on reception were lovely and friendly. Things like toothbrushes, sewing kits, sanitary products etc are available free of charge on request. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the room. Our room had multiple power points and a few USB charging points. This meant that we didn’t really need to have a European adapter with us. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs can stay in your hotel room for a supplement of 100zl per night. Light sleepers beware! The hotel rooms don’t seem to be sound proofed so you will hear trams, emergency sirens etc from about 5am onwards. This didn’t bother us at all. More of an observation really. Breakfast is included in the room rate and we really enjoyed it. The offering is the same daily but there is a lot of variety. Lots of cold meats and cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, yoghurts etc. Juices, water and coffees are also readily available. Vegans have a section all for themselves and this includes tofu scrambled eggs. This hotel shares the same building as The Crowne Plaza hotel and you can access the restaurants for the Crowne Plaza. We went to Nova Wola on the first floor. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, the environment very classy but it was definitely pricey. There is a bar with terrace on the 21st floor. It gets busy, especially if you want a terrace table, so book in advance.

The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌

A perfect hotel for those transiting and having long layovers. Clean,spacious rooms.Didn't have breakfast there as we stayed only for a night, but definitely recommend it.

We stayed in the Presidential Suite for a few days as a family and we absolutely adored the room. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well appointed, the living area was great for the kids to play in and there was plenty of space for relaxing and working, if needed. The hotel kept us well stocked in water and coffee too. We really enjoyed the hotel’s Asian restaurant. But we were less impressed by the breakfast restaurant. There were lots of staff on hand, but huddled together in a corner and on all but one day no one came by our table to ask if we wanted anything warm to drink.

The location of the hotel is good, shopping and shopping nearby are very convenient. The room is large and hygienic. It has a bathtub and an electric kettle. The breakfast is rich in variety. English is very good at the front desk. The elevator is really fast😀

Location is central, and the hotel generally meets a high standard. However, the bar was woefully understaffed on Friday night. While the waiter was polite and did his best, waiting 15-20 mins to place an order while watching one person get over-worked in a room full of customers wasn't amazing.

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of ​​the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine. The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals. The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

We stayed at this hotel during a weekend visit to Warsaw and joining our friends' wedding and it was perfectly located near old town, we found the service was great, we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious with lovely local specialties. The staff were very accommodating for guests with small children so that was nice as we stayed with a 1 year old.

Excellent hotel. Located in the center of the pedestrian availability, to all sights .Breakfasts are good but better to buy them in the hotel itself . Beds are convenient , rooms are spacious . Good Staff . Good cosmetics .

Nie wiem jak przydzielane są gwiazdki dla hoteli ale ostatnio gościłem w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu w Budapeszcie i był o 100 % gorszy niż Hotel Iskra w Radomiu. Hotel z dobra lokalizacją z zewnątrz wygląda niepozornie natomiast w środku znalazłem wszystko co potrzebne aby spędzić tam jedną noc w delegacji. Wszystko czyste, zadbane. Sympatyczna i profesjonalna obsługa. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Polecam wszystkim. Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu w trakcie kolejnej wizyty w Radomiu

The building looks nice. The person at the front desk was rude and hostile. Then I asked if there is a tea kettle available and he said ”you're invited to our restaurant”. I repeated my question and he said again ”you're invited to our restaurant”. After about one hour, I gathered the courage to go to the restaurant where a very nice Ukrainian worker gave me two large cups of hot water. This didn't go unnoticed - the receptionist followed behind me to my room and kept lurking. It was kind of creepy. This person should not be employed in the hotel industry. The room was very average, relatively clean. The water pressure in the shower is very strong and water hot. The parking is free, which was the main cause of staying here. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the morning was very welcoming and friendly. I asked for an additional towel and received it immediately. In the room, there is only one towel per guest.

In this hotel is professional and helpful staff. My room had everything I needed. This room was very clean and inside had 4 big windows so in room was very sunny and beautiful view.
