I have booked the presidential suit for my family and I was expecting to have a great time at the Continental hotel. On the contrary, I was very disappointed because of the lack of cleanliness of the room. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly, in the shower cabin there were empty shower gel bottles. The fridge had MOLD in it. In one of the bedrooms under the bed there was trash. It seemed the room hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone and for sure I will not come back to stay there.

Great hotel
- Friendly staff and reception
- Room was large and clean
- Bed was really comfortable and it was a really good sleep
- Near to bus stop that can take you to city centre, Promenada Mall and train station
- Breakfast had a good variety
- Restaurant on the top floor had great views of the Transylvanian idyll of Sibiu
- A lot of facilities but did not manage to use all

The hotel rooms are warm and comfortable, and the service is very good. The hotel is close to the old town and parking is convenient. The breakfast is good. The room is clean and sanitary. I will stay here again next time.

Súper hubicacion , cerca a casco antiguo , pero en una calle muy tranquila . Ofrece parking gratis . Muy bonita la decoración del hotel , todas las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, sencillo pero con suficiente detalles , para satisfacer las necesidades básicas de los huéspedes. El desayuno no hay tantas cosas , pero tiene suficiente variedad y de buena calidad . Tiene un jardín pequeña agradable . Recomienda para alojarse , el anfitrión es muy amable y comunicador. Tal como lo que presenta en los fotos de su presentacion

We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed our stay, especially the concert by the Flarmoni orchestra at the black church near the hotel. You can feel the quality of the place from the moment you check in at the front desk. The next day, breakfast was also very healthy and rich, with different options. We would choose to stay at this hotel again if we visit the city.

Right next to the old town and the main square. Pretty good for location. Clean hotel as well. Parking on the street for 10 lei a day, you have to find a spot on your own though.

Nice hotel, with excellent location in the civic center of Sibiu, right next to the pedestrian street. The room was comfortable, albeit relatively small. Friendly and supportive staff, plenty of options for the breakfast buffet. Overall, a nice experience.

Since it is the closest hotel to the airport, it is good for those who plan to arrive late or depart early. The breakfast food was good, and there was no Uber on the early morning flight, but fortunately the hotel called a taxi, so I arrived comfortably. If you were leaving early in the morning, it was nice that you could get food, including sandwiches, early in the morning if you told them in advance. It was also nice that there was a large supermarket across the street. It was disappointing that there were no restaurants nearby, but overall it was good.

Stayed for 2 nights in mid September 2025 in the deluxe double room. The hotel is located near the old town of Sibiu. It is within walking distance to the big and small square. Room was of a good size with a large bathtub and large shower room with toilet. Not suitable though for friends if you plan to use the bathtub, as it is not enclosed. Room has basic amenities, good wifi but no USB charging points. The shower area in the room that I stayed has slanting roof, so not good for tall person to use. No rain shower. Breakfast has much variety and was delicious. The staff were friendly especially the lady who attended to me at the reception. She was all smiles and never fail to greet and have small chats with the guests. I was also able to deposit my luggage after I checked out and returned quite late in the night to take back my luggage, as I had a night train.

Very friendly and professional staff. Had a beautiful room on the 7th floor with a great view. Very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with plenty to choose from. Ordered food one evening which was delicious and a very good price. I highly recommend!

The hotel is very modern and new. Although it is not placed in the old town, but it's only walk about 8mins to the bridge of lies. And walk about 15mins from the train station. The staff is helpful and will answer all questions
