There was a chubby Russian woman at the front desk with a terrible attitude. We waited quite a while to get our room keys checked out. We were exhausted from our journey and didn't want to wait too long. During the wait, I suggested they arrange for someone else to check in, but she said she could manage herself. So, it took the three of us over ten minutes to get our keys. And then, and this is the worst part, she gave me a key that wouldn't open the door. I'm sure she did it on purpose. The next day, when I helped a friend get their room key, I specifically asked for two. I couldn't have two that wouldn't open!

Отель понравился, шикарное расположение, отличный сервис, ресторан с качественной, вкусной едой и красивой сервирововкой, вежливый персонал, чистый, теплый номер (ноябрь месяц, на улице прям морозец был с ветром Единственный небольшой минус это краны в ванной комнате подуставшие, отрегулировать температуру воды было сложно. А в остальном очень хороший отель, с удовольствием приеду туда снова)))
