It's about a 3-star standard for domestic hotels. The price-performance ratio is acceptable. You absolutely need to take a taxi to get around, as it's on a slope. There's a university nearby, so you'll encounter some handsome men and beautiful women... The service is just average.
Pros:
The breakfasts are really great — a variety of fruits, meats, fish. There are fresh juices, good coffee. The quality is above average. The mattresses and bed are comfortable. The room on the 10th floor had a heater — it helped dry clothes after walking in the humid climate of Vladivostok.
Cons:
The main discomfort was moving. Every time, when extending the stay, you had to vacate the room and move to another, even if the same category was booked. This took time and created inconvenience — things were packed in a hurry, some remained damp.
The hotel positions itself as a 4-star, but in fact — a solid 3+. The rooms have not been renovated for about 15 years. The doors and walls are tired.
I was also surprised that when booking through a Chinese website, they provide a higher room category, although in the Russian system it is considered the same. This creates a feeling of double standards.
Bottom line:
If you book in advance at the reduced price (~3000₽), this is an acceptable option. At full price, it's rather overpriced. The staff is polite, but the system for handling extensions needs to be revised.

Seeing that there are very few Chinese reviews for this hotel, I decided to add one for Chinese travelers to Vladivostok. The hotel isn't located in the city center, but in a local residential area. It's convenient for seeing the bridge at night, and a taxi to the city center takes less than 10 minutes and costs around 200 rubles (about ten yuan). The advantages are that it's very quiet and fairly clean. The rooms are only on the first and second floors shown in the pictures, not the entire building. The rooms are considered large for a budget hotel in Vladivostok; compared to other budget hotels like Equatorial, Tepro, and Primoye, they are quite spacious, around 20 square meters. The room has a refrigerator, disposable toiletries, shampoo and shower gel, a towel warmer, a safe, and free Wi-Fi with decent speed. I didn't try the breakfast, so I don't know what it was like. Overall, it's decent, and at around 260 yuan per night, it's relatively good value for money.
Facilities: It's very much like a hostel; if you're looking for a cozy atmosphere, you won't find it here.
Cleanliness: Decent, not dirty. We stayed for three nights, and they only cleaned once. They didn't replace toothbrushes or anything. You're expected to use one disposable toothbrush throughout your stay, but the toothpaste ran out, so you'll need to bring your own.
Location: It's close to Victory Square and the churches, no uphill or downhill walking, and plenty of dining options nearby.
Overall, it's a clean, affordable, and convenient hotel.
Breakfast: Don't bother with their breakfast; it's just various kinds of bread. Go out and explore a bit, there's a Soviet-style canteen nearby, head there for breakfast instead.
The location is very convenient, with mini marts, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. It’s also easy to get to most tourist attractions.
Breakfast is okay if you’re not too picky, and it starts from 8am.
However, the facilities are not well maintained. There was a large hole in front of the bed, which was covered with a pillow. We were quite shocked when we saw it and weren’t sure if it was intentional. Communication with the staff in English was a bit difficult, so we just used a bedsheet to cover it ourselves. The mattress and pillows were also not very comfortable, and the door lock was broken.
If you’re staying for just one night as a short transit, I would recommend it. But for a longer stay, I would suggest adding a bit more budget for a better option, as the overall experience did not meet expectations given the rating on Trip.
The room was clean, well-lit and comfortable to stay in! The bathroom was clean, the showers are separately enclosed so it prevents a lot of ponding.
Staff was also nice and helpful and assisted with the drying of clothes after we washed our laundry in the shared washing machine. They also wrote a new year card as we stayed with them over the new years!
There's also access to the coffee machine and snacks throughout the day and a cozy breakfast area to relax in when needed which is appreciated. Location is very central in vladivostok and it's very convenient to walk to the main sights and restaurants in the city centre.
We really liked the hotel; everything was clean and had everything we needed for a stay (including a kitchen and a washing machine). We were worried about parking, but the hotel has a couple of parking spaces in the courtyard in a gated area, and no one else parked there except us. There's also free parking along the road from 7 PM to 8 PM.
The sea view is unbeatable. The hotel is within walking distance of the Centennial Cafeteria and Omek, and very close to the beach. After eating at the Centennial Cafeteria, you can watch the sunset right by the sea. The soundproofing is definitely a bit lacking, but since my room was on the 9th floor, I wasn't kept awake by noise, though I could hear the TV from next door. The hotel's front desk staff speak English and have a great service attitude.
I've traveled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but this is the first time I've ever encountered staff going through a guest's luggage. On the first day, my room wasn't cleaned. The second day, I asked the front desk to send someone to clean it, and when I returned, I noticed some of my belongings had been 'cleaned out' too. First, I realized some fruit was missing from the table. Then I immediately checked the snacks I bought at the supermarket and found two entire bags of purple candy were gone (I bought five bags in total, and only three were left). I can only assume that maybe other items were just one bag each, making them more obvious to steal. The purple candy, however, was five bags, and if I hadn't been careful enough, I might not have noticed their theft. The next day, worried the same thing would happen, I put all my belongings into my suitcase and zipped it up before leaving the room, even taking a picture of the zipper's position. When I returned, I checked the zipper, and sure enough, it had been tampered with again. Although nothing was actually stolen this time, is this the kind of service a hotel should provide? The hotel environment itself is excellent, but staff like this truly bring shame to the establishment. I felt completely unsafe staying there.
Also, hotel amenities are only provided on the night of check-in and are not replenished by staff.
A word of caution to future guests: keep a close eye on your valuables. The hotel's environment is otherwise impeccable.
Turn left upon entering the hotel and take the elevator upstairs.
Room size is average.
The downsides are terrible Wi-Fi and weak water pressure.
Otherwise, it's okay.
Bottled water, coffee, and a coffee machine are provided.
The service is very good. Breakfast is alright; you can see the sea while having breakfast.

GGracelkmA very cozy, Old Russian-style hotel with a hint of spooky vibes. The receptionists were helpful and spoke excellent English.
Be aware of two issues: it's hard to find via GPS (taxi drivers didn't know the exact entrance), and the bathroom water was slightly yellow with black particles.
In general, I liked my stay and would recommend it for the horror atmosphere and service.
HHaikuotiankongCHENThe first night, I booked a room directly at the front desk for 4000 rubles without breakfast. The room was a bit small but still around 40 square meters, which is considered quite large in Vladivostok. Compared to the nearby Novotel, which costs about 1000 RMB per night, it's really incomparable. The next day, I used points on Ctrip to extend my stay for another night for only 350 RMB, also without breakfast. They upgraded me to a large sea-view suite, room 406, which was 60 square meters. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient for getting around. Definitely worth recommending!

AAnonymous UserThe room is next to the flower shop,
Very beautiful, because the roof is high, the space is very large.
The bathroom is particularly comfortable to use.
The bathrobes and slippers are very comfortable.
There is a small refrigerator and oven.
But I don't know and I didn't ask how many rooms,
Maybe one, maybe somewhere else.
Not a hotel with many rooms in the traditional sense.
We booked in advance and stayed for 3 days.
They can stay at 2 pm,
If you arrive early and you can't find anyone,
You can add the administrator's WeChat or whatsapp on the door.
They came back to pick you up, about 100 meters away,
There is their cafe to wait.
If you need to clean, you can inform WeChat in advance.
Otherwise they wouldn't come in and clean it without telling you,
I love this .
The overall feeling is very good 👍🏻
NNiuboteniusiluxunVery good hotel, the location is not particularly downtown, next to the cable car, but in the middle of the mountain, so the view is invincible, but you need to book a view room, or you can see it on the viewing platform outside the room building.
The room is large, the facilities are good, and there is an electric toilet. It is definitely a very good hotel here in Vladivostok. The scale is relatively small, not the kind of large hotel.
GGuest UserAccommodation based on Vladivostok is more expensive, and I expect it to be impossible to compare with domestic. The price of nearly 1,000 nights can live in China. It is 300 meters away from the train station, but the road is all slopes. If there is more luggage to and from the airport, it is actually inconvenient. We were not lucky in the room, the air conditioner outlet was moldy, and we didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner for a few days. The reception of the service staff was still warm. We stayed for 5 nights. The bedding actually saw stains at the beginning, but they said that it was changed once in 4 days. Considering that the level of sea cucumbers was almost too lazy to change.
GGuest UserAlthough the room is small, it is clean and tidy, the front desk service is very good, you can send a package, the location is not far from the main attractions, about ten minutes walk to the train station. But there is a problem with the water in the bathroom. The normal bathing water cannot leak at normal speed, resulting in water accumulation. In addition, the person who cleans the bathroom never knows that the shower should be adjusted to the small one! When you open it, the overhead shower (and the water is cold) is really bad.
