GGuest UserThis is a fairly new hotel, with modern rooms and a small kitchen. It also has a lot of high-tech features, which aren't quite working yet.
The bed was excellent – high and equipped with a very good mattress.
The hotel's location is simply perfect! Right on Baumann Street (the center of Kazan's action), without being disturbed.
Since most foreign tourists don't have Russian SIM cards for mobile phones, we rely on Wi-Fi. And this was a problem!!! Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the rooms. Only directly at the reception. I can't say whether this was a temporary issue. During my time there, it didn't work the whole time!
The friendly Ms. Rosalia at the reception was very friendly and always helped me when I needed something. Thank you very much for that.
Everything would have been perfect, but unfortunately, Wi-Fi is very important for tourists these days.

GGuest UserA very cozy small hotel with an ideal location in the very center of the tourist area of Kazan, but it is necessary to be prepared that the reverse side of the medal of such a location is a very noisy street .
Clean, clean room, there is everything you need for accommodation. polite staff.
Of the downsides - in the shower at the corners was a pleasure. But the bathroom itself was clean, everything worked well, there were all the necessary hygiene facilities.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient. You can get to the Koltso shopping center without going outside and stock up on essentials and groceries. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right in the center of town, yet the room is completely silent from the street! The room is huge, and there's a sauna included in the price. We loved everything!
