The place is very clean, and the location is excellent and convenient, especially its proximity to the mosque. The breakfast is varied and delicious. I'd also like to thank the front desk staff, Ms. Asala, for her professional and polite service.

In Makkah, I usually stay at Kiswah. Stays have been good. Normally like to walk, but felt it this time as it was 45C days! Takes about 25 mins to get to the Clock tower. Hotel does provide free shuttle service to Haram. Only downside this time was the shower facility. Drain was clearly not working, and water flowed to the rest of the washroom. Told only solution was to put towels down. 🤯. Overall hotel is good and clean, cannot beat those prices!

Locate only 10 minutes from the Masjidil Haram. Plenty eating place around the hotel. Easy to get taxis though the street will be close during prayer times. A housekeeper staff clean my room right away upon my request so thumbs up for that, then another staff member comes to check and ask for cleaning ratings. to me that means they care about cleanliness. Cleanliness can be improved but overall it’s a pleasant stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Jumeirah Makkah. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with easy access to the Grand Mosque, making our Umrah journey much more convenient. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Jumeirah Makkah to anyone visiting Makkah, and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Everything was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. The staff were polite, the transfer was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, it's a good hotel with soft bedding, no unnecessary fuss, and convenient appliances. There's even an iron and ironing board, which is handy and quite rare. There's a beautiful mosque within walking distance, which is very convenient and comfortable when it's hot outside. The hotel also has a great spot for relaxation and prayer.

Perfect place to stay in Makkah — just a short walk from Al-Haram. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone doing Umrah

We really appreciated the clean, modern, and comfortable environment of the hotel. Everything felt fresh, neat, and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with the service, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. We would definitely be happy to stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Easy access to masjidil haram from hotel lobby and elderly friendly. To polish a bit more on customer service skills. Over and all, nice place to stay for your umrah especially.

An unforgettable stay at Raffles Makkah Palace. The Panoramic One-Bedroom Suite with Kaaba View exceeded all expectations. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the Holy Kaaba was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The suite was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Service was exceptional, breakfast was excellent, and the direct access to Masjid al-Haram made our Umrah journey incredibly comfortable. Worth every penny for the view, comfort, and memories. We would definitely stay here again, insyaAllah. ❤️
