Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.

Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.

The hotel is close to the sea and the ancient city of Sousse. The transportation is convenient, the access is very convenient, the room rate is cheap, and a dinner is included, but the room facilities are very old, the toilet has no threshold, the water is easy to overflow, and there is no quilt on the bed. Sleeping is very cold at night.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

Back from this hotel Was lovely and quiet with it being Ramadan Hotel rooms bit out dated but who goes on holiday to spend all there time in room You can walk along the beach to the harbour don't bother with taxis it's about an hours walk Taking your time Paragliding was 100 tunsian dinar or 150 for 2 people and they take children up aswell or you can go up with instructor Hotel was kept nice and clean The hotel manager would come out at 3pm and sweep the full complex with dustpan and brush All staff very friendly Kids park needs a bit of work Quad biking was 200 tunsian dinar for 2 people pick up from harbour that was for hour half Food something for everybody if you don't try you never know if your going to like there cuisine 3rd time to tunsia now will be going back Next year for sons 18th birthday

The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with decent sized beds. The facilities were average. The animation team especially Djo was very good, he was very accommodating and friendly he spent time getting to know the children and teaching them the dances and getting them involved in the activities. We travelled as a large group, each of us found something to do. Unfortunately for our family the food was not to our liking as much although the staff were very accommodating for my special needs son and made sure he had what he needed to eat each day.

Very beautiful hotel, we spent very good holidays, friendly director, very pleasant and professional staff, spacious and clean rooms, very varied and different restaurant every day, well-heated pool covered and swimming master dispo, Thanks all of our ways to spend good times, we'll be back soon

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

As a five-star hotel, this price is really beautiful. The dissatisfaction is that the two single-bed rooms are not big beds but two small beds. This is suitable for families and for one person. It is not right, asking for a big bed to be pushed off, the pool gym service is not good, no need for bath towels, the room is generally good, compare the price of the surrounding five-star hotel is the best

As a coastal tourist city in Tunisia, Sousse has low consumption. The hotel has free parking. There are police and security personnel at the entrance, and it feels like it is being guarded by layers. The hotel has a private beach, booked sea view rooms, directly facing the sea. But the room facilities are old. The hotel has three meals, and the buffet has many varieties, which is very good. Many elderly people in Europe come to live for a few months and feel like a European nursing home.

Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't

The Royal Jinene sousse hotel is easily accessible It has free car parking for hotel residents. The reception is very good, the staff is polite and helpful. The meals are good. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool. The beach is in front of the hotel, access is easy and quick. The room is clean, as I had requested during my reservation I wanted a sea view I was entitled to a room on the 5th and last floor of the hotel with a beautiful view of the sea. Just the equipment is a bit old that's all I noticed. I recommend it and I will go back.

While a bit difficult to find within the medina's winding streets, the hotel is a lovely, hidden gem that both me and my father loved. You're greeted by the lovely owner with two small kittens that are just adorable. Our room was well furnished, air conditioned and had a very clean bathroom. The roof terrace offers a great view of the Sousse skyline and Medina and is perfect at night to enjoy the call to prayers. Breakfast was served in the main court area of the hotel. Very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very traditional. Nothing too heavy, but still filling nonetheless. You know care and love went into making it.

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

Hotel very well located clean very well maintained Single and valuable breakfast However the rooms are difficult to access with a wheelchair or a wheelchair A take available below the TV and one in the bathroom. It's regrettable if we have several phones to load The climate is fixed in advance it was impossible to lower the climate that being very strong we were forced to shut it off.

The hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Yasmine Hammamet indeed is one of the best hotels in Hammamet. We were greeted with lovely flowers and refreshing lemonade on arrival. The staff here is literally the best! Our suite was huge, me and my friend had separate bedrooms with a private balcony and even private bathrooms and toilets and we shared a gorgeous living room with another terrace with a lovely view to the Mediterannean. The food here was delicious, we loved the iftar experience at one of their restaurants. But the best part was the SPA experience. We had the best massages and procedures here. We took their signature procedure and it was totally worth it! Can't recommend it enough!

I recently stayed at Hotel Tui Magic Life during a business trip and I was extremely pleased with my experience. This hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city centre and offers easy access to the main tourist attractions and business districts. The hotel's facilities are modern and well maintained. Firstly, My partner would like me to express our gratitude to Fekhri who works at the pool bar. He made our holiday so special with his attentiveness and his professional approach. He is a credit to the hotel. Animation team really good and remember your names. Tete, Bobo, Su su involved us in games and card tricks and Tete left me mesmerised. No matter who you met, from reception, restaurant, animation team, cleaners/maids, garden/grounds maintenance and bar staff, you always received a smile and a chat. 😁 Fabulous holiday and lots of lovely memories. We both liked Hammemet Yasmine area of Tunisia. The Averroes didn't disappoint and exceeded our expectations. Pirate ship was great fun and so glad we booked with Sammia near the marina. (next to the little water and ice cream kiosk on the sea side of the road) Lovely guy and not pushy. Price was much cheaper than booking at the hotel. Few tips: make sure you have lots of very high factor suncream. Don't rely on buying it there as it's not very good especially the sun milk. Don't change more money than you need in resort, because to our dismay, you can't spend it in the airport! Oh and don't buy their airport food it's expensive and inedible. Take meds for anti diarrhea as most people were affected. Hotel spotless and food good so no detriment. The heat of high 40's and climate most likely the cause. If travelling with easyjet the only point of contact is on a small plastic board near reception. Phone number and QR code. You get a text the day before departure informing you of the pick up time. We love Tunisia and it's people and would return to a different region to explore 🌞♥️🐫 We never return to the same hotel but this is one of our favourite ones.
