Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay
4.3/541 Reviews
Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.
El Mouradi Hammamet

The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with decent sized beds. The facilities were average. The animation team especially Djo was very good, he was very accommodating and friendly he spent time getting to know the children and teaching them the dances and getting them involved in the activities. We travelled as a large group, each of us found something to do. Unfortunately for our family the food was not to our liking as much although the staff were very accommodating for my special needs son and made sure he had what he needed to eat each day.

Sentido Bellevue Park
4.5/551 Reviews
We’ve just returned from our awesome stay at the Sentido Bellevue Park. Where to start? A lot has happened in Tunisia over the years & I know safely is something a lot of people may Worry about before considering or returning to Tunisia. So please know me and my family felt completely safe and secure while on our holiday. Security at the front gate were excellent and actively kept an eye on who was entering the hotel. The beach entrance was also manned. Both 24 hours a day. My dad was worried before we departures sending me many FCDO links which only affected the far west and south of the country. The amount of security put his mind at rest. I had a friend working in another hotel & their security wouldn’t let me in. My friend had to come see me from the gate. I felt safer in Tunisia in the hotel and outside than I do at home. As there are local police check points around the resort too. The rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. The maids were excellent and actively engaged with us too. Definitely recommend paying alittle extra for the sea view too. Our rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. The shower was awesome and very high in pressure. All of the staff were amazing. Very happy to help and would do everything to make our holiday one to remember and as easy as possible. Zeid in the main restaurant was so much fun and made us laugh daily. Mohammed down by the pool bar was amazing. Keeping us well and truely feeling like vips and making us laugh. Mimo on the animation team was so much fun during the activities we took part in. It was also really nice to see that even though he was a talented dancer you could see just by watching him that it just wasn’t talent he had so much passion and confidence in what he was doing. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. An amazing entertainer. The food in the hotel was really lovely. There was plenty of variety. I even saw frequently chicken nuggets, turkey shapes, mashed potato and French fries. I only mention this as I have young children who are extremely fussy so it was really nice to know that this particular hotel would’ve catered for their needs as well. We enjoyed the variety of foods offered and also definitely recommend the hotels à la carte restaurant. All of the animation team were really good fun and offered a variety of activities during the day. Such as water aerobics, water polo, darts, archery, volleyball. The evening entertainment was also a really good variety some shows brought in from outside and we even had karaoke and a pool party. Not forgetting the animation team also organised a beach foam party during the day. Sue, Mimo and Sonic where are absolute favourites thank you for making our holiday even more fun. The hotel also offers a pool bar where you can self serve a variety of coffees and juices. Also there is a pool bar restaurant which serves lunch again with an amazing variety of food and snacks a bit later plus ice cream and crêpes are ser

Considering the value for money, it's not bad. Excellent sea view. Half an hour for the registration of the check in seems excessive to me. Hearty meals. Wifi works fine. TV channels need a technician to tune them, I couldn't
Iberostar Averroes

Firstly, My partner would like me to express our gratitude to Fekhri who works at the pool bar. He made our holiday so special with his attentiveness and his professional approach. He is a credit to the hotel. Animation team really good and remember your names. Tete, Bobo, Su su involved us in games and card tricks and Tete left me mesmerised. No matter who you met, from reception, restaurant, animation team, cleaners/maids, garden/grounds maintenance and bar staff, you always received a smile and a chat. 😁 Fabulous holiday and lots of lovely memories. We both liked Hammemet Yasmine area of Tunisia. The Averroes didn't disappoint and exceeded our expectations. Pirate ship was great fun and so glad we booked with Sammia near the marina. (next to the little water and ice cream kiosk on the sea side of the road) Lovely guy and not pushy. Price was much cheaper than booking at the hotel. Few tips: make sure you have lots of very high factor suncream. Don't rely on buying it there as it's not very good especially the sun milk. Don't change more money than you need in resort, because to our dismay, you can't spend it in the airport! Oh and don't buy their airport food it's expensive and inedible. Take meds for anti diarrhea as most people were affected. Hotel spotless and food good so no detriment. The heat of high 40's and climate most likely the cause. If travelling with easyjet the only point of contact is on a small plastic board near reception. Phone number and QR code. You get a text the day before departure informing you of the pick up time. We love Tunisia and it's people and would return to a different region to explore 🌞♥️🐫 We never return to the same hotel but this is one of our favourite ones.

Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa

Definitely not a 5* but can’t fault it too much, the hotel was clean, staff were all friendly and welcoming - especially bar/ waiting on staff. Animation team were absolutely brilliant with us the whole time we were there. Always very cheerful and fun doing pool activities and getting involved with the guests. Only 1 problem with the staff was the guy who took our luggage of us, seemingly can’t of give him a good enough tip for then on he was rude towards us spoke to everyone else but not to us even when spoken too. Which was a shame because tips shouldn’t determine how you should treat someone. Bed & pillows were very comfy, the room was a good size plenty of space. We had a view facing the beach which was a nice view especially watching the sunrise in the morning - only problem was the noise at night time was very noisy especially on weekends could do with some better doors to block the noise the out. The handle to our balcony door was broken. Food was good, lots of different choices but was same throughout all week apart from Saturday, got a little sick of eating the same things. Puddings were great. Good location for the hotel, beach right opposite the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by within walking distance everyone even in the shops were welcoming and friendly. Pool area was good a nice big pool and big selection of sun lounges ( you have to go early to get a decent sun lounger) chilled music played throughout the day in pool area which was nice and relaxing. Lots of shade for when you get too warm in the sun. Although we didn’t have housekeeping in our room they were more than happy to help when we needed. Very friendly always got a good morning and good afternoon of them.

Massive hotel with 618 rooms, fresh and sea water pools and its own beach. Stayed here for two nights at the end of a small-group tour of Tunisia. Friendly helpful staff. Large rooms with all mod cons. Huge choice of food at breakfast and (buffet) dinner.
