The man working between 5 PM and 8 PM is a terrible service provider. This one person is ruining the hotel's image. 1. The restaurant is closed. So, he says he can't provide towels or anything. 2. I already confirmed a late check-in from 11 AM to 1 PM because of my evening flight, but he refuses. (This was already agreed upon the day before, when he bragged about his friendly morning shift.) And he shouts ”thank you” in Korean for no reason. He doesn't realize that this behavior actually makes the guest feel worse.
The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 109 that day. Hotel location: Tunisia has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.
The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms are small and the facilities are outdated. The price is good. The security is very good. I don't know why, but on the day we checked in, the whole street was full of heavily armed police. It is very convenient to eat downstairs, but the food is a bit unpalatable. The ice cream shop nearby is worth a try.
Genuinely was a lovely place to stay, clean and hotel staff very hospitable, surrounded by beach and 15-20 mins away from sidi bu saïd. I booked the breakfast included and it is a feast and a half - I tend to be a picky eater but there is plenty of options fresh, and cooked well ( I’m a hypochondriac- and tend to be paranoid with food) but the place put me at ease and I actually ate well . Would visit again but would keep in mind to public transport if you wish to travel further into Tunis central - as trains are limited and buses and taxis can add up. But all in all it was stunning location and can’t fault the staff :) first time visitor to Tunisia and hope to visit again.
I stayed at La Parisien Hotel during my visit to Tunisia, and I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were polite and ready to help with any questions. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day. Overall, it’s a good choice for travelers looking for affordable and decent accommodation in Tunisia.
Modern & new hotel & staff service was consistently impressive however space in the standard room was tight. Hotel was centrally located in the city however locked amenities and attractions in the area immediately around it. Breakfast service while not bad, but lacked variety and prior to check in they will try to upsell you extras like room upgrades early check-in and check out.
The hotel was right in the centre. I stayed in room 303. Small with double bed though considering i booked single room. Room was clean and tiday and compact. Dud not have kettle or fridge and no glass could be found. The night receptionist was very helpful, cheerful and found me a glass and some water.
The hotel is very modern and stylish. However, some rooms are more spacious than others. The breakfast service was nice, however the restaurant gets very busy at night and service can be extremely slow. Hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful, however the hotel doesn't cater very well for visitors with special needs like the disabled or elderly with limited mobility. For example there are no porters or staff to help with luggage.
I was home with my own second family for a short time . I will never forget any member of the hotel stuff for the rest my whole life even if I reach one hundred years old. THANKS TO YOU TRIP TO LET ME KNOW SUCH A NICE STUFF LIKE THEM , I'M SOOO GREATFULL.

GGuest UserBe careful when paying! Some receptionists aren't familiar with their own accounting. Even though the room rate was paid weeks in advance, they still charge you the same rate upon checkout! Be sure to bring proof of payment. I had lengthy arguments about this. Very annoying...
高高The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have issued a taxi license number for a liar. Don’t take this liar’s car.
RRabebI have been going to this hotel for 2 years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but to listen to its customers. The cleanness is impeccable. We feel very safe and this remains well because the airport is next door.
Cczq236I booked an economy single room. The street lights outside were too bright on the first night. There was only frosted glass between the room and the corridor, which could not block the light. I couldn't sleep well at all. After I complained the next day, the corridor lights were turned off at night, which was much better. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and attentive.
GGuest UserMy husband and I recently stayed at Suisse Hotel in Tunis. The location is quite good — it’s in a busy part of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from Habib Bourguiba Street, the Old Medina, local bazaars, and the main highway. It’s convenient for sightseeing and getting around.
However, there are a few downsides. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, and the breakfast options are limited and predetermined by the hotel — not much variety or anything particularly special. Also, the entrance door is often locked at night, which might feel a bit uncomfortable since the alley outside can be dark and not very safe. Furthermore hotel doesn't have parking.
On the positive side, the staff are very nice, polite, and helpful, which really makes a difference during your stay.
Overall, Suisse Hotel is fine if you’re looking for a convenient location and friendly service, but there’s room for improvement in facilities and safety measures.
GGuest UserMy stay at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was quite pleasant. The service was attentive and professional, with the staff always ready to assist with any requests. They made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything needed for a relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, providing a cozy environment to unwind. The common areas, including the lobby and lounge, were inviting and tastefully designed.
Regarding the food, I only had breakfast at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience. The breakfast spread was generous, with a good variety of options to choose from. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. I particularly enjoyed the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit. The dining area was pleasant, with a calm atmosphere that was perfect for starting the day.
Overall, my experience at Ambassadeurs Hôtel was enjoyable, with great service, comfortable facilities, and a satisfying breakfast.
GGuest UserIf u ever in tunisia make sure u stay at tis hotel.the design is fabulous.my bed facing the sea.u can lay in bed sea view. Every staff is nice and try their best to service. Specially the reception gal at check in. She upgraded my room. Really appreciate. Their garden is huge very peaceful .plus private beach walk. cardio room great view. My opinion well worth the money.don’t miss the sunrise sky turning pink.u can’t see pink from the photo.u can see it when ur here. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.
GGuest UserRegarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff.
Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par.
I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc.
Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.
GGuest UserIt was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that.
Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip.
Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.
