We had a fantastic 4 night stay at Alaturca stone house. Everything was absolutely perfect from the friendly welcome when we arrived, the beautiful central heated room and the extensive breakfast. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with car parking straight outside, its an easy walk to restaurants. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and look at the amazing view. All the staff are really kind and helpful and in 18yrs of living in Turkey the breakfast choices were the best I've ever had especially for a small hotel. I cannot think of anything I would change and will definitely stay again.

The best hostel I have ever stayed in! And I have stayed in many. The hostel is small and has a cozy family feel. The team are super friendly and welcome you into their family along with the dogs Hector and Critan! Breakfast is included and includes multiple courses or home cooked hot and cold dishes with a fresh menu every day. This is accompanied by endless complimentary tea, coffee and water from 8am -midnight. You are regularly greeted with snacks of fruit or home cooked sweets if you take some time to enjoy the rooftop terrace and spectacular views over Goreme. It is excellently located just off the main streets of Goreme and walking distance from the local bus station. From hot air balloon flying to multiple languages spoken there is nothing the manager can’t help you with and nothing is too much hassle. You stay in a large cave where you are asked to remain silent and respectful. It is cool, peaceful and the beds are comfy and the room super clean. The bathroom facilities are good although there are only 2 to share so at busy times you may have to wait. Overall this is a fantastic hostel and I could have happily spent my entire holiday there. Kamelye is an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia! Private rooms are available.

Perfect place to stay, with a hot air balloon view 🎈the room was cozy, perfectly designed for relaxation with cave ambiance. The bed was comfy and also there were comfy chairs for sitting and reading. The best surprise is the view. 360 degree view on the terrace. This place is great for couples or anyone who wants to stay somewhere different

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a family run hotel that is clean and the service is excellent. Our flight got cancelled and Abbas was able to help us out by spending 30 minutes trying to find us another flight. He went out of his way to make sure that we were OK. Excellent service, and he definitely made us feel welcome at his hotel. This is a family run business, and the breakfast made each morning is delicious. We enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend going on the rooftop terrace at sunrise to see all the hot air balloons, definitely a once in a lifetime experience. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet hotel that is located near restaurants and lots of things to do. The Hotel can organize different tours for you. I highly recommend the two hour sunset horseback, riding adventure. Enjoy your stay at this hotel!

I sincerely believe that it has been the best or one of the best stays of my life. The people at the hotel have been very, very charming at all times and have always helped us with anything. The facilities are great. The hotel is super cosy and they make you feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular, super tasty everything. Also, the cleaning and customer service is a 10. You find your room impeccable every day. The truth is that we could not have chosen better. No doubt, if we come again, we will come back here. I want to emphasize that all the people who work in this hotel have always taken care of us and looked after us at all times. Really, this hotel, as the name says, gives you peace ✨

It gives people an elegant feeling and is very satisfying. The only bad thing is that the water temperature is occasionally unstable when taking a shower.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

Firstly they made a hotel tour to introduce the place upon our arrival, then try to prepare the room for us before the early check in time. The food and view in the terrace restaurant is so nice, the hotel is definitely a good place for vocation! We enjoy our stay very much in the hotel!

Although we didn't stay here, we stumbled across it while exploring the back streets and ended up having a drink in its brand new rooftop restaurant - then went back again for dinner as the sun set. Good food, good wine, lots of vegetarian options, lovely views and above all exceptional service - attentive, courteous and so helpful. One of those evenings when you leave with a real smile on your face because people have been so lovely.

He helped taking all the luggage going up and down the staircase. He also helped us to call to the travel agency and told us don’t worry when we were waiting so long tome at the reception for our tour guide. Also, the breakfast in here was delicious and we were being well-served. I was surprised that they offered a room service (fruit) for free on the rainy day. It is so warm to live in here for these days. Nevertheless, the scenery in here is spectacular and so relaxing.

Excellent cleanliness and very warm rooms. They provide you with water to drink every day. Very good breakfast included in the price with buffet and preparation of hot dishes on the spot. Unfortunately the coffee isn't as good as most places. The location right at the entrance to the town where you can reach the center on foot in a few minutes. In short, I highly recommend it also for the kindness of the staff at the reception who are always ready to assist you and give you excellent advice. We booked the balloon through them at a lower price than agencies outside.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel service is very good and any problems can be solved at the front desk. The bar with rich views is comfortable and comfortable, and you can spend a lot of pleasant time. The lady at the front desk has an elegant temperament.

A real cave hotel with a very beautiful environment and good service. However, I would prefer a non-cave hotel. The light is very dark and a bit stuffy. Even a person like me feels that the room is a bit uninhabitable.

The room is quite big, with a beautiful balcony and bathtub. There is a large bed + a small bed inside, not two large beds as mentioned on the introduction page, but the hotel also arranged a small bed for another double room, so it is enough for sleeping. You can watch hot air balloons from the balcony and hotel terrace around 5:30 in the morning. Because I checked in early, the hotel gave me breakfast that day and tried to arrange early check-in, which is worth praising. But the booking experience was mechanical and inhumane, and I was not very happy.

The room was decent and clean! My girlfriend and friends didn't want to stay in a cave-style hotel, so we chose this one. The breakfast was a pure Turkish style with a Western touch. There were not many people in the cave pool, so we would go there when we had time. The location is in the middle of the town, so it was very convenient to go around. When we arrived, it was very hot and we wanted to turn on the air conditioner, but the air conditioner in the room was broken, so we contacted the front desk to change the room. The front desk took us to several rooms to choose from. Because the rooms were not on the same floor, it was a bit tiring to walk up the stairs. The front desk was patient and helped us change one of the rooms the next day. If you have a lot of luggage, you don't have to worry about it. There are service staff who specialize in moving luggage. The restaurant terrace is beautiful and you can see the town and the surrounding scenery. It's beautiful in the evening!

This hotel is beyond what it is advertised. Not only is the hotel located in the best location in the city with amazing views and impeccably clean rooms it also comes with one of the best breakfasts Ive had at a hotel. The views you get tat this hotel are unparalleled. The hotels ambiance is to die for as it feels as if you are staying in a cave with all the amenities you could want. Besides the hotels amenities it is important to note the hotels staff. The hotels staff is one of the most professional and helpful people I have interacted with. Specially SERHAT, words cannot describe how helpful this man was. We arrived at the hotel with 0 plans. This man acted like our travel agent booked our whole trip for us. He was constantly in contact with us when things got canceled due to bad weather and would make adjustments for us to have something else to do that day. Just interacting with and getting the services from Serhat was worth the hotels rates, the rooms were just a plus. I cannot vouch more for this hotel, highly recommend to anyone considering visiting Capaddocia!

Family of 3, stayed from September 3rd till September 7th, 2022. From the moment of our arrival to Nevesehir airport till the moment of our departure to the next destination we felt welcome. Very family-oriented environment, exceptional hospitality, and smiley faces. We were given a tour of the hotel and amenities, then taken to our rooms. Our room was a cave room called the king suite with terrace (Room number 304). It was beautiful, authentic, clean, and had an AC. Beautiful spacious marble bathroom. Room authentically decorated in Cappadocian-Turkish style. Sheets were changed and towels replaced upon request. Lovely housekeeping team. Front desk very receptive and helpful, all hotel staff went above and beyond to tend to guests to make sure all were having a great experience. Given the nature of it being a family run hotel, it had warm friendly vibes. SETEN RESTAURANT – absolutely to die for! Best restaurant in Cappadocia hands down. Breakfast – best spread ever lots of choices. Served by lovely people. Dinner - It is a definite MUST. Especially the Muhammara, Mutancana, Testi Kebab, and Pumpkin Dessert!!!! I do advise you to book your tours with the hotel but make sure it is with the hotels Kelebek Tour company as we had a frightening experience with a company in city centre. Thank you to the amazing staff at the hotel that made our stay in Cappadocia memorable. We are avid travelers so believe me when I say this hotel is well worth it especially the fact it is THE best view to watch the beautiful hot air balloons fly over Goreme with many caves surrounding you. Omer and Ali are the two best host in whole of Cappadocia. Don’t have a second thought while choosing this Hotel. 5 minutes drive from Goreme. You will love it in Uchisar. I have visited 49 countries so far. This is by far the best trip and best host I have met and visited. Breakfast is awesome. You won’t be able to eat all 😀 Omer helped me to book ticket from his personal card as my card was not working due to some reason. Cheers to Team Karlik, Omer & Ali.

We had a really comfortable stay at Lunas Cappadocia! Mr. Kerim and his brother were so kind, attentive, communicative, and honest. We greatly appreciated the accommodations made for allowing us to leave bags before check-in/after check-out. He kindly checked tour prices for us, made recommendations, called taxis, etc. The hotel is a bit far but still within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from main attractions in Uchisar. The area is really quiet and relaxing, and the locals are friendly. The room was cozy and sufficient for our needs. Breakfast was good, and the view of the Uchisar castle, though far, is beautiful. We highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet stay and attentive customer service!

We recently enjoyed another exceptional 3-day stay at this remarkable hotel. The suites are exquisitely designed, and the breakfast remains unparalleled in Turkey (this being my sixth visit). The vistas from every part of the hotel are truly breathtaking. The staff's kindness and dedication are exceptional. Mustafa at the front desk provided extraordinary service, acting as our trip planner, navigator, and restaurant guide. He even shared his personal contact number and remained in touch with us outside of his working hours. His generosity was evident when he personally prepared food for us after the kitchen had closed, ensuring we were not left hungry.He would ask us about our stay and make sure that everything was fine whenever we passed by the reception. It was wonderful of him to make you feel like a special guest. Special thanks also go to Mr. Funkier and Mr. Dugsh for their outstanding assistance. This level of service epitomizes the high standards of this property. In summary, the hotel offers an exceptional location, outstanding service, and beautifully appointed rooms. A quaint hotel away from the hustle & bustle of the tourists. Many great restaurants nearby. You have a great view of the pigeon valley right across … Our hotel recommended a private tour guide Cagatay Uluisik. He had 2 full days with him, very well versed in Turkish/Cappadocia history , culture & archeology. Very punctual & aware of your time & requirements. We highly recommend him. Not to mention the great places he took us to eat and enjoy the local scenery.

All I have to say is this place is great, I travel a lot but this place is nothing but best. Service is excellent they go out of their way to accommodate you. Great place for family, they are honest and make sure you don’t get over charged for things which is common in the area. I asked them to book everything through them and they made sure it’s the best price. The early morning view from the hotel is priceless, over the location is great and you’re in the heart of Cappadocia. Price for hotel was very reasonable.

The cave room is still a bit damp and stuffy, and the door must be opened every day for ventilation. Everything else is good, the staff are warm and considerate, and no one is crowded on the several terraces. Love the big dog at the front desk.
