The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with the Dak Lak Museum just a 10-minute walk away and the World Foundation of Coffee Museum reachable in about 30 minutes on foot. It’s a very modern property featuring great amenities, including a small gym, laundry facilities, and an on-site bar and restaurant.
My room was excellent and well-maintained. While the breakfast was simple, it was tasty and a good start to the day. The Wi-Fi speed is modest—perfectly fine for scrolling through social media or streaming standard video, though it might struggle with heavier tasks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
Great stay at Thanh Mai Hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location in Buon Ma Thuot. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi, and nice breakfast. Excellent value for money — highly recommended!
Got a free upgrade, guess i could be bias a little heheh... but it was a clean hotel.
With reception being able to speak decent english... it makes communication clearer and operation in hotel was good.
Breakfast was decent, with sufficient variety. Hotel bed is clean and tidy.... I have even went to the gym room. Was kinda sufficient with general items needed.
Will still come again if i am around the corner
I had 1-night stay with this hotel, it was okay for me.
The room was nice, big room and well cleaned. The thing is 1 standard AC for that whole room was not enough, with the hot weather outside, the inside still can feel the heat. Modern tech device in my room, smart shower, smart toilet bolw, but the water was leaking as we used head shower.
The hotel overall was in fresh air, a lot of green trees, cozy environment, that was good, i really like the atsmosphere.
Service was okay. 7/10 for me, they allowed outside guest to use their cafe, so sometime they mistaken me for outside guest and keep asking me if i was an in-house guest. There was parking, but no solid roof, just some net hanging on the coconut trees for shadows, with the hot weather your motobike is still on fire.
Overall: nice hotel itself, for relax time is fine, don't expect super nice guest service.
This is a very nice resort with good value for money. The food was good and restaurant prices were acceptable and this is a under rated resort hotel. The only small complaint is the massage which is not up standard.
I had a lovely stay here as a solo traveller. Very friendly staff, clean and well appointed room. Walking distance to the beach and lots to do in the surrounding area. They even allowed me to check into the room several hours early which was really appreciated as I was working and needed to plug the laptop in and join some afternoon meetings online. I highly recommend and would stay again.
My wife and I stayed here together and loved it; it felt like home. We stayed on the second floor, and my wife was a little scared going upstairs. The toilet needs improvement; guests should be reminded to let the hot water run for a while. My wife took a cold shower, while I was lucky enough to get a hot one. The refrigerator had complimentary yogurt, which was a good late-night snack, and there was also some haohao (a type of yogurt), which was enough for us night owls. The room was very close to nature and very airy. The air conditioning was excellent.
This 4 star hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a lifesaver for us after a homestay we had booked months in advance cancelled on us just before our flight took off.
Elephants Hotel was able to get us a room last minute at a fairly reasonable price. The location is great, in the heart of BMT, about a 5-10m walk from the World Coffee museum.
The rooms are extremely clean and very spacious, there are restaurants and room service, as well as a outdoor pool to check out. Breakfast was included with our room and consisted of a mix between a continental breakfast and a more traditional vietnamese one, along with a ton of options for fresh juice or coffee.
The entrance lobby is beautiful with lots of seats around some gorgeous courtyards you can sip a morning coffee in.
One thing id note is that despite the no smoking signs everywhere, we encountered guests just smoking in lobby of our floor several times. As a result, there was an unfortunate cigarette smell in the hallways most evenings, though the cleaning staff did a good job of removing it each morning.
Despite that, id still recommend it if youre in BMT, as the location is hard to beat. I also HIGHLY recommend the Mỳ cay (spicy noodle) shop across the street if youre looking for a place to snack while in town
One of the best 5-star luxury hotels we've come across! Tui Blue Tuy Hoa has plenty of FREE services on offers during our stay. For instance, the Jjimjilbang (Korean-style sauna), tennis court, swimming pool and transport to their very own private beach access.
Not to mention the delicious breakfast buffet that offers both the locals and western cuisine!

GGuest UserWas the only place with available accommodation during TET, so I am appreciated for that chance to have a beds for my family, when even temples were closed. Roof space is good for evening Tea. Good for visiting the place, as its really unique and powerful. Next day we moved to stay right on the Beach - there are area worth the whole vacation!
RRoson Leungstaff are friendly and helpful.I found that there was another group which is team building in Tuy Hoa and the lobby had many people and wait for lifts to their room the day I stayed in Sala, another staff saw that and get me to another lift to avoid a long queue up. on the other hand, their club sandwich is tasty.
