KKim ( Julie )My husband and I were so satisfied with the hotel service and breakfast. Get back to Hanoi for visiting The Grand World Hanoi ( Hung Yen ) from Ninh Binh. After the long journey, I was so tired and I just wanted to find somewhere for rest quickly. But, luckily I found my best hotel. I really recommend the hotel for everyone and I will come back here for sure.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be excellent value for the price.
One of the highlights was the staff- they were well trained,very polite and courteous throughout my stay, especially appreciated that many of them were bilingual, which made communication smooth and convenient.
The hotel is clean and well maintained, also the breakfast buffet provides a good variety of food selections.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel offers good value for money, has a good location, and is convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was simple, consisting only of Vietnamese rice noodles, but that was enough to fill me up.
