Hotel staff is very friendly. Spa service is good and affordable too. Due to the closure of the swimming pool, we were given 20% off for the spa service. Room is comfortable. Initially, the hot water was not running but staff checked and managed to make it fix for us.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They speak very good English and helped us every time we needed taxis. We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my trip. As a vegetarian, I was touched by their thoughtfulness; the restaurant staff proactively asked for my breakfast preference during dinner. The next morning, they served my pre-ordered meal and a refreshing drink promptly as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Although the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-equipped. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful to the team for coming to my rescue when I got lost in the forest—they truly went above and beyond. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1 PM. Exceptional service that I won't forget!

I had a very pleasant stay at Arina Hotel Tay Ninh. The hotel is in a great location, close to Vincom shopping mall, restaurants, cafés, and many local attractions, making it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with good air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi.

The room was quite spacious. The cleanliness was just okay – not dirty, but not sparkling clean either. The breakfast was really good, I loved it! All the ingredients (vegetables, fruits, etc.) were very fresh!

Overall, it's pretty good. It looks relatively new and is right next to the road, so it's not too noisy at night. There is some noise in the hallway and upstairs, but it's within acceptable limits. The receptionist speaks Chinese. Breakfast includes rice noodles and rice, but it costs an extra 50,000 won.

The newly upgraded room is very clean. Only the bathroom exhaust is a bit bad, so the smell takes a long time to escape. The security guard didn't give any instructions on parking, and no one else did either, so I parked. Overall, everything was fine except for the other two things.

Centrally located hotel, convenient for getting around. The rooms are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and quickly assisted us with purchasing cable car tickets.
