The car was practically brand new, with only 10,000 kilometers on it. It was in excellent condition and very clean, and picking it up was convenient.
However, a small mishap occurred upon returning the car. It had been washed, filled with gas, and was undamaged. The rental agency staff took the keys and told us it was okay. I reminded them to check, and they said they would later. But the next day, we received an email saying we hadn't returned the car on time! Oh no, we were already back in China!
We contacted the rental agency through Ctrip, providing details about the return process (I didn't take photos when returning the car, so remember to take photos as evidence when picking it up and returning it). After two days, the rental agency confirmed we had returned the car on time. Thankfully, the issue was resolved smoothly.
