Since there is no Mark X, I changed the crown car. The car is old but clean and tidy. The clerk, Mr. Leo Wang, is careful and detailed to explain the details of the car and the places to pay attention to driving in Japan. The service is thoughtful. This is very satisfactory. Because of avoiding late delivery, we arrived at the delivery location on time, and did not unload the luggage at the hotel. The hotel is near the return point, and I am happy to send us to the hotel with some money to Leo. It is very convenient. I will use this car rental company again next time I come to Japan to rent a car.

The car was in a clean condition, however it has a pretty high mileage and it was quite old. The car system does not support Apple Carplay, however they provided us with a USB charger and Phone stand so you can manually use the phone. Their service was quite good though since they can help arrange/loan us to us the Japan ETC system and pay the balance difference at the end. In terms of picking up and drop off location, it was ok though not as easy/visible as it should be.

The owner is 🇨🇳 can speak mandarin & cantonise , new car & good condition, can book ETC during the pick up , cash or credit card is acceptable, I booked Toyota aqua but was not available, they replaced me Nissan Note, well it is small , compact , the booth can put 28” & 26” luggage, this car is recommended for 2pax, the car Gps system is not easy to use , better use own h/p for waze or google .

I was able to borrow it at the terminal and return it at the terminal. The staff was also very kind and used a translator to assist me, so I didn’t have any problems even with my English ability. I highly recommend this company for renting a car as they seem to be able to accommodate options if you let them know in advance via wechat. It seems that Haneda Airport will open soon, so drop-off services will also be available. Since it was a reasonably priced rental car, I was worried that it would be an old model, but when it arrived, I was able to rent a new car from NBOX, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
