Under the expert guidance of Nick Morley, you will learn how to carve and print a multiblock linocut in color. With easy-to-learn techniques and a range of cutting tools, you will discover how to create a variety of marks on your lino block. Nick will show you how to correctly ink the block and print by hand or with a printing press. You will also learn how to plan your design, transfer it to the lino block, and work in layers to achieve stunning multiblock prints. Color mixing and registration techniques will also be covered.
