Event Description:Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition (SVBC) provides Valet Bike Parking at each Stanford University Football game. Volunteer at our open-air, fenced-off corral - your role is to keep an eye out and ensure the bikes stay safe from theft and damage! Please provide name, phone number, email, and emergency contact information for every volunteer you register - club coordinators, please do not sign up for multiple volunteer positions using a single name/email. QualificationsVolunteers should be able to verbally or non-verbally greet bicyclists.Some volunteers will need to be able to comfortably move tables and chairs (can be done in pairs).Volunteers aged 13 to 18, who are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are required to email in advance or bring a signed hard copy of the waiver form on the day of the event.Volunteers under the age of 13 must also be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to volunteer.Parents/Guardians, if your child is coming with you to volunteer, the expectation is that they can be independent and support the bike parking program without your need to supervise them the entire time. You will be working together but must be able to leave them unattended at times.
