Comic Con first began in San Diego in 1970 as a small fan gathering dedicated to comic books and science fiction films. Over the decades, it has grown into one of the most influential pop culture conventions in the world, with editions now held in cities such as New York, London, Dubai and Tokyo. This exhibition presents an extensive, comprehensive, and long-term showcase of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Egypt has directly loaned Hong Kong precious local collections and recently unearthed archaeological discoveries. All exhibited artifacts are owned and directly loaned by the Egyptian Antiquities Committee.
