SCANDI Fest returns to celebrate the amazing students and performers of CCCU/School of Creative Arts and Industries, brought to you by CCCU's Music Society. Open to students and friends/family of students, the event is hosted at the wonderful Ramsgate Music Hall, one of the most esteemed music venues in Kent, with a capacity of 130 people ( and a bar! ). This event is proudly in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity , and all proceeds received through ticket sales and donations will go to this charity. Featuring live performances from a collection of CCCU bands/DJs, the night is sure to end the academic year with a bang! Make sure to bring your tickets with you, either on your phone or printed off. Orchestra from Everywhere Sun June 15th 7.30pm Celebrating International Refugee Week St George's Church Ramsgate An orchestra of professional musicians from around the world who have chosen to make Britain their home. They come from Syria, Iran, Hongkong, Palestine, Brazil, Africa, France and India, and some of them are refugees who had to leave their country. The orchestra plays music from their own cultures as well as new music that they have created and play together.
