Join us as we explore 3 cuts of beef cooked in 3 different methods. You may just find a new favourite to enjoy this season.
This class will involve hands-on learning in the kitchen, followed by a sit down meal featuring these dishes that we will make together.
Southwest Steak Salad filled with greens, tomato, avocado, corn, peppers, seasonings, and topped with grilled steak to make this dish complete. We'll make two salad dressings that will make this dish pop with flavour.
A comfort food favourite, beef bourguignon is a french classic of steak braised in wine and a hearty gravy. This technique uses a less expensive cut of beef along with affordable root vegetables.
Steakhouse-tyle Ribeye steak will be cooked sous vide, which gives us a precise outcome everytime.
Sometimes we have leftovers. Please bring your own reusable containers to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
