After a two-year hiatus, a major urban festival returns to Schwerin's Old Town—with a brand new look and name: Altstadtfete. The state capital combines the successful Altstadt Festival, city festivals, and atmospheric light parades into a single weekend event. Four experience zones have been created between Lake Pavlenteich, the market square, and the slaughterhouse market, offering music performances, DJ dance floors, rides, interactive activities, and gourmet food.
