Summer Solstice Weekend
A
Nature of Compassion
Retreat
Join us for a magical Summer Solstice retreat at the serene Brinscall Hall, where we will honour the longest day of the year.
Immerse yourself in:
Guided meditation
Nature connection activities
The healing resonance of a sound bath
Walking meditations through the stunning grounds
Relax on the sunlit grass
A led silent walk through the natural landscape
Eat delicious homemade vegan food
Gather around a communal fire under the night sky.
This is a time to celebrate the season’s abundance, deepen our connection with ourselves, each other, and the earth, and bask in the beauty of this special moment of the year.
The weekend retreat is open to all levels of experience, if you are curious about a longer retreat this can be a perfect way to get a taste. Whether you are seeking some quiet time, an opportunity to reconnect back to yourself, a longing to be in community, spending time in nature, the retreat will provide the nurturing space for you to offer yourself what you need.
Led by Lilasuri and Karen, qualified mindfulness teachers with other 30 years experience between them, this is an opportunity to rest back and be guided through practices that promote connection, rest, transformation and love.
All held within the tranquil environment of Brinscall Hall, Chorley Lancashire.
The cost of the retreat covers 2 nights accommodation (single rooms available on request and subject to availability, most rooms 2-3 people per room), three meals a day (all food is vegan and homemade by our amazing chef), refreshments, biscuits and fruit, all teachings and access to the beautiful grounds at Briscall Hall.
